A microwavable insert in these wrist warmers relaxes and soothes hands and wrists while leaving fingers free for reading, knitting or typing. Moist heat can help ease pain due to arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. The insert slips into a zippered pocket. Unscented. One size fits most.

I bought these as I was having trouble with my hands when typing and other gardening activities. I haven't tried them and was thinking I might give them as a gift instead.

Keeps hands warm. Love the feature of warming them in the microwave. Helps with arthritis pain in my hands.
Great for arthritic hands!

I love the purple color & softness of the fabric. Easy to launder & use. I like them so much I bought a pair for my sister.
These are very nice

I have small hands and they fit perfectly.
Product is comfortable, keeps hands, wrists and thumbs warm. Fingers are exposed which is good for typing, texting using TV remote, etc., but not good for keeping fingers warm. Don't believe product would fit x-large hand and would probably shrink if accidentally put in dryer. Inserts are cheaply made with single stitching to keep rice and flax seed in place. Bought them on clearance sale so price was ok.
I would buy this product again.

Warming Wrist Warmers

I bought two pairs of these. One was a gift for my daughter whose hands get stiff from writing or using the computer all day and the other pair was for me. I broke my hand and when the cast came off these helped to ease my stiff fingers so I could do my exercises. We both especially like them because they leave our hands free to do whatever we want. Also nice to just keep your hands warm in winter!
