The Cluster Fly Buster is a natural way to eliminate unpleasant cluster flies indoors. Simply attach one of these inconspicuous traps to each window where flies congregate with the sticky strips included; flies enter and “drown" in finely ground eggshells. No buzzing, no odors, easy disposal. Each trap holds 1000 flies and remains effective for two to four years.

Bye bye cluster flies

This is my second one. After installing this my cluster fly problem went away. It lasted 2 years. I saw a few flies again recently and purchased a new one and they are gone again.

The product is great but note comments about placement
from Barnet, VT
We were having such a big problem with cluster flies. I placed the cluster buster at the bottom of the window per the directions but it wasn't making a difference. So, I tried placing it up high on the window and within a couple of days most of the flies were gone...or I guess in the trap. :-) If you place it up high you have to be careful with opening the window so as not to knock it off.
This is the only method I've found to decrease the cluster fly problem ....However there was always a problem getting the catchers to remain adhered to window with intense sun (which is where cluster flies congregate) which caused them to warp and fall off and the powder would go everywhere. NOW there is an improved design where the adhesive is directly in window and not on the back of the catcher. I think this should work much better.
best non poison!

It's a Mystery!

We have a log cabin in the northern rockies. When the weather turns cold in the fall, here come the cluster flies. The cluster flies gather by the dozens near the top of the two large windows in the middle. I read the reviews but was skeptical, especially because our windows are very tall.. Out of desperation I bought a Cluster Buster and put it in the bottom corner of one of the large windows. As I was installing it, two flies dive-bombed from the top right into it. The difference was noticeable the first day. We had fewer and fewer flies in that window as the days passed. We still had DOZENS of flies in the window WITHOUT the buster, so I put one in that window too. We are now down to a couple of flies per day. I don't know how it works, but it's almost freakishly bizarre how it does! Reviewers who say it doesn't must have been using it for house flies and not cluster flies.

Cluster Flies horrible to control!!
I just purchased this and will try them to see if they help control cluster flies as the product description indicates! But they are easy devices to attach to the window and they look nice (even though I know they will be filled with gross flies!!). I will comment in the fall season as to how well they really worked !!
