Protect prized seedlings, lettuce plants and ripening strawberries from rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels and deer, as well as curious cats, with this clever wire plant protector. The two-piece cloche can be arranged in three ways. Arrange the sections together horizontally for a cloche that’s 37-1/2" long x 13-1/2" wide x 8" high, perfect for a row of seedlings. Arrange them vertically to create an 18-1/2" high cloche, ideal for one taller plant. Or, use the two sections separately against a wall or fence.

Solved the Problem
By M the determined gardener

Comments about : 3-in-1 Chicken Wire Cloche:
I purchased this cloche to keep the wildlife from eating a small Baptisia for the third time this growing season. It has been the perfect solution. One evening of heavy winds moved it slightly, but I have since anchored it firmly in place and have had no more relocation problems.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The cloche fits perfectly around several of my potted herbs and has saved them from being eaten by animals that were visiting them nightly.
Holes are too big
from Bellevue WA
I wanted to use this to protect from slugs but the holes are too big. I do think its slightly overpriced as well.I couldnt return because it was going to be too much to ship it back.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Need to order more
By Garden Gal
from Sublette, IL
I only ordered 2 sets but want to order more now that I am using them and see the quality of them.
This is just what I was hoping for.
This product was on back order when I placed my order so I will use it in the spring for my young garden plants to protect them from the deer, groundhog and squirrels that visit frequently.
I would buy this product again

Great for low growing, compact plants.
Clusters of tiny hosta's friend
from Pembroke, MA
I have clusters of small hostas that required larger coverage than the bell cloche provided. The rabbits and deer have lost their meal. And the tiny toads have found shelter here as well.
Great protection from hungry rabbits
from Seattle, Wa area
Bunnies and deer are new within the past five years in our neighborhood. Each year they seem to get bolder, and two years ago they discovered my vegetable garden. We've tried red chili pepper, scarecrow sensor type sprayers and other concoctions and so far these cloches do the trick to protect my carrots and tender greens. They are attractive, well made and should hold up for many years to come.
from South Bristol Maine
The cloches (both sizes) are the perfect solution to the frustration of having deer and porcupines eat prized plants like trilliums and erythroniums. They do not distract from the beauty of the garden. My homemade chicken wire protectors were pitiful in comparison.
Saving my strawberries!
from Lawrence, NJ
We have a lot of wee critters that come out at night and steal all the best goodies from my garden. They'd take the strawberries when they were JUST 2-3 days short of delicious readiness. Having placed several of the cloches over my strawberries (and carefully mulching around the edges to make sure there was no 'sneaking under the bottom') I now get to eat my own fully ripe strawberries!
