This sturdy trowel is designed to reduce effort in digging, planting and garden maintenance. The tool is nicely balanced, and the blade is angled for optimal comfort and efficiency when digging. The heavy-gauge, 3mm blade and shaft are made from heat-treated stainless steel that is durable and rust-resistant. An attractive blackened finish gives it a vintage feel. The handle is turned from bamboo, a rapidly renewable resource. All sharp edges feature single-bevel chisel grind that can be easily resharpened. The blade is riveted and welded to the shaft. The barbed shaft extends 6" into the handle and is secured with strong metal adhesive and collar. Leather hanging loop.

Yes I have used one just like it. It is a good size and pointed so it is easy to dig with.
from White Lake, Mi
Great for digging up small plants and planting.
Trowel for the ages
I was looking for a trowel that would last a long time AND get into the HARD dirt of New Mexico. This is it! At first I was discouraged about gardening in NM, but being a Vermonter, I knew about Gardeners Supply so started looking there for tools I knew would work in this hard soil and last a long time and of course I found it with you. ‼️
Pros and Cons
By Florida Garderner
from Ocala, FL
I like the thickness of the digging part compared to other trowels, but the metal stem is not sturdy enough; it bends if you hit any resistance (like a small root).
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Good quality tool
from New Jersey
After buying two trowels that bent backward with some force, I'm happy with the quality of this one. Strong arm, nice wood handle.
from Northern NH
Looks like it will be a tool my daughter will use for a long time.
I would recommend to family and friends.
from Hanceville Al
Handle not to big for me. Sturdy jet light weight. I would recommend to family and friends. Lifetime warranty is a good value for everyone.
great little trowel
from Burbank, CA
Love it. All I need in a trowel. And attractive to boot. Would make a nice gift for a gardener. Only tiny con: my five year old got ahold of it and the leather strap broke instantly.
