It works really well and this was my second time ordering it. I just covered my delicate vegetable beds before the frost.

love these cloths

I have purchased several of them in the past and felt we needed one more. We live in NC and they help with the fall garden by keeping the frost off the plants and saves us money by growing all winter long.

I purchased this blanket to prolong my growing season here in New England for my Tomatoes and Bell Peppers. I had several dozen green Tomatoes and even more green Bell Peppers, and since adding this blanket over my garden I have ripened produce every several days. Work's as described and my nighttime Temps have been in the 50's even 40's for a few nights. So far it seems to get well over 50% sunlight and rain water makes its way thru, don't have a way to measure exactly. Only key thing to worry about is the daytime Temp and if it gets in the 80's or above then the plants will wilt and turn color. Had that happen a week or so ago when it was high 80's and humid, I just removed the covering for most of the day. Keep an eye on Soil Moisture mine has been drying out and needs watering every day or so.
I would definitely buy this product again!
Living in New England I needed to extend the growing season for my Bell peppers and Tomatoes and boy has it worked. It's the first week of October and I'm constantly still picking and having vegetables grow bigger and ripen beautifully. This product has a great price and quality, and after using it for the past month it proves to be everything as advertised. Just make sure you water and open/remove covering if Temps get high while the sun is out. Plants will wilt and get too hot, experienced this one day last week with this freaky fall weather we're having.
Is as listed
This will be very useful as the weather changes
I truly would purchase this product again and again. I works
This product does what it says it does and it lasts. The thinner garden covers simply shred and don't last so thanks for having the heavy garden blanket available.

My tomatoes are breathing easier
from McMinnville, Oregon
We are experiencing unprecedented heat and days of sun with no cloud cover expected. This shade cloth will protect my tomatoes from burning and allow them to grow and breathe without the damage from the sun. Easy to use and good protection from, not only the beating sun, but non-beneficial pests and cats who love to use my beds for their personal box.

I have found this product to be helpful for me with my garden, protecting the plants from blazing heat or frigid cold air. The fabric can tear a bit; but it has helped block out the cold. Insects will lay eggs in the fabric though; so that's been something I've had to watch out for...
at 9200 ft. above sea level...this is a must
i'm making a cover from it since i'm @ 9200 ft above sea level & everything must grow in containers, i'm hoping i can leave them out on the deck w/a blanket under them & covered until the frost, where i will bring them inside...how about some rope handles on the planters to make quick pulling them into the house??? i'm hunting down nylon macrame cord to help me!!
