All of our self-watering planters protect against drought, but this one does more — it has a water-level indicator that tells you when to refill the reservoir, and a convenient funnel that lets you water from the top. Made of UV-stabilized polypropylene, these planters resist cracking, chipping and fading, and the sides are braced to prevent bowing. In Terra Cotta, Stone or Green.

I have 4 of these and absolutely love them. My husband broke one, so I had to replace it. These are well made and are great for flowers and herbs.

This is a great planter, the only negative I had was that I had to drill holes in the bottom to use it outside (per instructions)

About Me Getting Started
#sweepstakesExcellent investment. These self-watering planters gave me the best flowers I've ever had on my patio. I still had to water daily in the areas of all-day high heat but it's better than needing to water 3 times a day as I've needed to in the past. The boxes did not fade in the sun.

Nice looking planter, the self watering feature seems to work well. I have it outside on my patio, and this required drilling some holes which is not a big deal except the instructions for doing so were absolutely terrible.
Easy, durable, and beatiful containers
using for my beautiful flowers and herbs on all decks and patio
Just What I Needed

Bought 5 of these for my outside deck and planted sweet potato vines in them. They're perfect. If you use them outside, you have to drill drainage holes, but it's pretty easy to do that.

We have 12 of these on a stepped rack to hold strawberries off the ground. They are lightweight enough to lift them even after filled with soil. They seem to be sturdy and the self-watering feature is a nice safeguard if the drip doesn't work for some reason. The crosspiece to prevent them from bulging when full is terrific. They did not get five stars because two of the twelve crosspieces have already broken.
My cucumbers are thriving!

Planted cucumber starter plants from my nursery and I already have several to harvest. Growing so fast you can practically see them grow!
