Comments about : 3-Tier Strawberry Bed:
Our land is quite rocky so using raised beds is ideal. We can't wait to grow our own vegetables and berries and the tiered bed was a great space saving garden.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Liked previous version of this better

I bought several of these a decade or so ago, and loved them. But pretty sure the dimensions were a little smaller and easier to use. (I used the mid size as a smaller, in between bed for herbs. The price then was very reasonable...I am thinking around $60 and we used for sets, with some broken up to make about 6 beds. VERY attractive! Now the larger size and price puts it out of my range. Would be fine for a couple of youngsters, just wanting to use it as intended for a single tiered bed.

I loved how simple construction was! Does require a lot of soil. Could be improved by using thicker wood- we also purchased a 4 *4 bed from another vendor due to lower cost, and we realized how superior the thicker wood version is. Still, this is a attractive and unique bed, very easy to put together, will likely last 5 years?

Nice raised bed
from Columbus, OH
This product was super easy to assemble, other than the fact it was missing 9 of the screws. A quick trip out to home depot and it was assembled and filled. Currently growing a bunch of strawberries.

This fills my need

About Me Budget Shopper
I was amazed at the amount of soil needed in the first tier. I had assumed that there would be something to place the second tier on rather than filling the whole bottom tier with soil. Am researching means that I can fill this space rather than using soil. Even so, if I were to recommend this item, I would bring this to the person's attention.
Just what I wanted
from Baltimore, MD
I wanted to move my strawberries from an overgrown site on the edge of our yard to an area within what will be a fenced area. This raised bed is an attractive new home in the sun for the strawberry plants. I was able to assemble it myself.
