I purchased this weeder in order to more efficiently weed between my pavers. The tip is just a little too big to get in between many of the pavers, thus defeating the purpose. It works fine on the pavers that are spaced a little further apart. I'll just have to hand weed between the closer pavers.

The idea for the product is sound - a durable diamond shaped blade for weeding between bricks or pavers. Blade attachment to the handle is poorly designed, so that blade rapidly loosens. The attaching screw is of poor quality and strips quickly. Repair requires industrial adhesive.

As someone else mentioned, this is too wide to actually remove/destroy weeds between pavers. It can cut off the top, but before long the weed regrows.

Unfortunately this sturdy looking product was too wide to use for clearing my deck crevices, so back it goes. If the spaces between the planks were wider the tool's blade would fit. If the spaces between the planks were wider, I wouldn't need a tool to clear the spaces.
Probably plenty of other uses for it, such as for between more widely set bricks and pavers.

I must wait until spring to try out this tool, but I can see that it's well designed & well made for removing weeds from cracks or separations in pavement. Other tools that I've tried don't have the shape or the leverage for this task.

I used this to get the crabgrass out from between flagstone paving stones. The stones were farther apart than the tool really is designed for, so it took some creativity and some elbow grease, but it did make the job a lot easier than it could have been. No way that I could have gotten enough force or control out of it with a long handle though. This is a gloves and gumption tool.
