Comments about Teak Corner Stool:
Until we got this, there was no place to sit in the shower to scrub feet or shave legs or dry off. This stool is the right size and shape. It has only been in use a few weeks so we don't know how it will wear, but we are confident it will be fine.

Fits perfectly in our shower. Excellent craftsmanship, very sturdy. Gave it two coats of teak oil prior to using it.

Beautifully crafted, solid stool with a very smooth surface. Natural color variations in teak make it even more appealing.

Comments about Teak Corner Stool:
Purchased this teak stool to use in shower to put foot on when shaving legs. Works great. Couldn't ask for a better, more attractive solution. Sealed it with teak oil prior to first use and it is holding up very well. Has been several months of daily use - no discoloration, no change.

Some instruction on how to maintain/restore the finish after many months of wetting and drying in the shower would be useful.

Comments about Teak Corner Stool:
We have a tiled walk-in shower. Although it's not obvious, the floor must slope slightly downward toward the drain. The corner stool is unstable because the front leg is not adjustable.
It's a beautiful and sturdy bench, however, and we plan to try to build up the front leg.

Comments about Teak Corner Stool:
We treated ours before using which will help prolong the life of the wood and we wipe it off lightly after each use of the shower to keep it looking new. The only problem that we had with the stool was the legs are all the same height and is not stable in a shower that has slanted floors, easy fix by just adding Waxman "Soft Touch Grippers" Product# 0054238 that [...]carries, they are made of rubber and are self adhesive, just place one under the middle front leg and it works perfect (cheap fix). Wonderful product and highly recomend it to anyone who wants to add a quality bench to their shower, looks beautiful in the shower and the self is handy.
