I have them in my back garden next to my shed. Once they come on, you can see them from a distance and they light up the entire garden and reflect off my shed. Very bright for just two LEDs and they last all night until morning. Great value for the money. I intend on purchasing another set in the near future.

My older plastic lights from GS had a cool light pattern on the ground. Looked like a star burst. These physically look better than plastic but dang...no cool pattern on my deck or ground.

This product does not illuminate a very large area. They were intended to be utilized near steps and even on the darkest night the "pool of light" given by these lamps may extend 8-10 inches.

GREAT SET of solar lights. They hold a charge for at least 10 hours and sometimes longer. There is a metal pin in the ground stake that one uses to hammer the stake down into the ground without damaging the stake. GREAT IDEA These were shipped and arrived quickly.

These seem very well made, such as having a real glass globe that won't cloud up to white after being outside a while like some previous plastic ones did. Their longevity remains to be tested as I've only had them outside for about a month (DEC 2012).
