I gave these as Christmas Gifts and the recipients where all very pleased although my youngest daughter put hers outside during a cold snap and the plant took a long time to recover and bloom.

Very disappointed. I spent the extra money for my Mom's Christmas gift and we got no blooms. I bought 4 cheap ones at the big box store for my classroom and all have had blooms. I am asking for a credit.

The only thing I was unhappy about was ordering it by mail as a Christmas gift (so time sensitive), having my check returned w/an "out of stock" note on it, looking at the website and seeing it there, phoning, only to be told "oh, we found some more"[...]

It hasn't bloomed yet, but is growing by leaps and bounds. I'm sure it will blossom soon and be beautiful. The basket was much larger than I had pictured. Both recipients are elderly and were so pleased with their gifts, and are enjoyiing watching the plants grow.

This is the perfect gift for anyone recovering from surgery (esp. hip and knee replacements). Whenever I have given one I always get great phone calls or emails from the recipient who goes on at length about how fantastic it is to watch the amaryllis grow. It brightens up anyone's day and we sure need that in the bitter cold weather.
I use it in my classroom so the kids can do a line graph of its growth.
