Comments about Pivoting Raised Bed Connectors:
I had to slightly change my garden design because these did not "pivot" less than 90 degrees (needed 45), but it worked great between 90 and 180. Caution on boards - be sure to use really straight ones or be prepared to do a lot of sanding to fit. Once in these corners, the garden is very attractive and sturdy!
Pros
- Durable
- Easy To Use
- Ingenious Design
Cons
- Requires An Anchor Stake
Best Uses

Comments about Pivoting Raised Bed Connectors:
We used this for an herb garden under a window that has a 45 degree angle on the corner of the house and tied it in with the raised bed that runs off the side of the house. It would have been helpful to know that separate stakes are required to secure it to the ground. We used two 2x6 stock for a 12 inch deep bed and the product comes with screw holes to accommodate that. It provides a nice clean look.

I wanted to make a raised bed to surround a seating area under a tree. The pivoting connectors allowed me to get the shape I wanted. They are easy to assemble--cut your boards, screw the connectors on and slip the ends together.

Comments about Pivoting Raised Bed Connectors:
I tested this product for a year on a single bed before I purchased larger quantities. I was and am very satisfied. My garden has an odd shape and so the individual beds are also odd. Thes corners make it look very nice. I am so happy!!!
Pros
- Attractive Design
- Can use all sun and space
Cons
Best Uses
- Outdoor Plants
Comments about Pivoting Raised Bed Connectors:
Visitors always mention how tidy and attractive the bed is with these connectors. I have very little sun in the yard so the raised bed helps me use most of it. The connectors also allow for slight errors in cutting the wood; the screws still hold and the boards are square.
Pros
- Very nice corners
Cons
- Cedar had to be routed
Best Uses
- Garden
- Great looking for herb
- Outdoor Plants
Comments about Pivoting Raised Bed Connectors:
I would buy it again but order the timber from Gardener's Supply. I am just very fortunate to have wonderful, woodworking neighbors. I was really blind-sided by the difference in thickness between cedar and pine.
Pros
- Attractive Design
- Sturdy
- Very well made
Cons
Best Uses
Comments about Pivoting Raised Bed Connectors:
These pivoting raised bed connectors can be stacked as high as you want. Simply slide a one inch pipe through the hinges and stack them as high as the sky. (Make sure your pipe is driven deep into the ground if you go very high.) I'm currently building a seven foot wide octogon flower fountain where each smaller inner octogon is taller. I'm going up three tiers. Yes, that's a lot of connectors, but I'll plant something different at each level.
