- Excellent support
- These Are The Only Plant
Cons
Best Uses
- Support Peonies
Comments about Essex Plant Supports:
These are the only supports I have found to be adequate to keep my peonies from collapsing. The only detraction is that I really feel another taller size should be added because my peonies are so tall - about 5' - that they still "hang over" in the rain, etc.

Comments about Essex Plant Supports:
We are using it to hold up peonies and poppies. Once you get them in the ground, they are nice. However, there are issues with getting them there as they don't stay together at all. It's a 2 person job for a very lightweight upright. There should be some locking mechanism designed into them. I would not order them again and tell others to try something else.
Pros
- Durable
- Easy to Store

- Simple To Use
- Tall enough
Cons
- Black Color

- Tall Peony Support
Comments about Essex Plant Supports:
This is the first year I used this. I put it over peony as it was growing. And the peony grew into it. Although other peony holders work, this one is tall enough for the 3 ft peonies I have. Because each circle gets larger, the peony can broaden at the top, and still not be knocked down by the rain. The only thing I don't like, is that it is more noticeable b/c it's black.

Comments about Essex Plant Supports:
The Essex plant supports have provided much satisfaction as they have litterally lifted our peonies up for full view. No longer do they fall to the ground! That alone makes this product worth the money. These supports are well designed and they hardly are visible. Thus the flowers get all of the attention they deserve. I highly recommend these supports. Constructing them was easy and I did it myself without any help.

Comments about Essex Plant Supports:
I am using one of the supports for a daisy that gets very tall and floppy. It is growing right up throught it so it should flop no more! The other is supporting a bush clematis that also gets floppy without support. They are the ideal support-very well made and classy looking!

Comments about Essex Plant Supports:
These looked as though they'd be perfect for my floppy peonies. I, however, found them to be impossible to assemble and impossible to keep together once placed in the garden. Even two people were not enouh to assemble and place these! Despite what it will probably cost me these will be making a return trip to Gardener's Supply.
