This product is a must-have here in Nashville. The mosquitoes are vicious! I shake the pellets out onto the lawn about an hour or so prior to a backyard gathering. The mosquitoes are repelled and we can actually enjoy a few hours outside on the patio without being attacked by the little blood suckers. And it smells nice, too!

Keep in mind, Mosquito Beater is a repellent. Not a mosquito control product. I use Bite Back for mosquito eradication. Though it works well, we still need the 1-2 punch that Mosquito Beater offers.

Loved this. It really worked! We were having problems at dusk working in the garden, and tried this. Being extremely sensitive to chemicals and fragrance, I was very concerned. But it is great. Even friends have oome over and noticed the slight natural smell and no mosquitos.

Hard to measure the exact effect.... but I was able to stay outside in our mosquito infested yard for a few hours, which never could have happened before. People still got bit, but probably not nearly as much as they would have without this stuff.

I had to use all of this product in one small area several times for any effect to be seen/felt. I am not an etymologist but the FL mosquito may be the one to test future products on. The same poor results were found for the portable repeller which really cost some money. The only place that works is in a small bedroom at night and it will drive the critters away. On your belt or outside, nada - no positive effect. I do ag science so I'm fairly good at measuring response of variables/treaments.

This product is GREAT at keeping mosquitos at bay. I have two boys (and a few more from the neighborhood) who are always out back playing in the yard and I like to be out in the garden. Since using this product, we have had no problem with mosquitos. We live on a salt water marsh so as you can imagine, it's a buggy area. I used to be chased indoors from the mosquitos and my sons would have to liberally apply bug spray before finding this product.

I like that this is an environmentally safe product and I don't have to worry about toxic pestisides with my kids.

The only downfall with this product is that it's so light, it's hard to distribute. When I first started using it, the granuals were a little larger making it easier to spread.

I don't think that it worked at all. I feel like it attracted more mosquitoes to my backyard.

This product did not work any better than a fogging spray and cost a lot more. It did not last 3 weeks as the packaging said it would. And the smell lingered until it rained and then there was no benefit from it.
