Comments about Reed Fences: Plan on two or three layers for good blockage. Looks very nice. Happy after one month of rain heat and wind. Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about Reed Fences: We have chain link on side between neighbors and the reed fence on our side dresses it up quite nicely, and does keep our dog from trying to get involved in their activities (barking at basketball games, bbq's, etc). Tho it was a bit heavy for me to attach to the fence myself I was able to manage it. Removing it for winter storage in the garage was easy, just cut the ties and rolled it up. I'm quite pleased with this product when used in this manner...I can't imagine that it would be strong enough to be a fence on it's own however. Note: the reed fence survived Hurricane Sandy.. a huge tree from neighbors yard fell and completely destroyed that section of our fence but we were able to remove the reed fence in one piece and it was not damaged! It will be reused this spring once the fence is repaired. Pros

Comments about Reed Fences: I used the fence to add some privacy without cutting off the view of the neighbors. Block low growing weeds & seeds spreading from the neighbor yard. I have small dogs & the fence hides their view & keeps them more quiter. Pros

Comments about Reed Fences: Used by attaching to chain link fence. Needed to add poles, to hold up, because of the height. Would like to purchase more, but can't find in book. Pros

Comments about Reed Fences: This is the second or third time I've purchased this fencing, because I love it so much. I use it to provide privacy around my backyard. It lets through the breeze, and looks lovely as it weathers from golden yellow to grey. After three or four years, I replace it, and use it for kindling for the fire. I love that it is all-natural. While it keeps my dog in, it doesn't really keep cats, squirrels and other critters out. But I live in a small city where I don't have an issue with plant-eating animals. Everyone who comes to my garden agrees that it simply transforms the space--making it cozy and beautiful with a natural aesthetic. I highly recommend this product. Pros

Comments about Reed Fences: It makes you feel like you have privacy but you can see right through it. Looks nice as a back ground for the bushes I'm planting to take its place in a few years. [...] Pros

Comments about Reed Fences: I am using this product for privacy. I am very pleased with the results. It stayed up during terrible storms. I wish I could say the same about tree limbs. Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » Shipping Information
