Shipping Methods

We offer several methods of shipping:

  • Economy Shipping (delivery in 6-12 business days)
  • FedEx Ground (3-7 business days)
  • FedEx 3 Day (3 business days for orders placed before 10 a.m. EST)
  • FedEx 2 Day (2 business days for orders placed before 10 a.m. EST)
  • FedEx Overnight (Next business day for orders placed before 10 a.m. EST)

The deadlines above apply for all contiguous states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories travel by parcel post (select Economy) and will arrive in two to four weeks.

Economy Shipping

Economy shipping is our best method for sending your order to you. Orders that ship Economy will arrive by Federal Express (FedEx) and/or the U.S. Postal Service in six to 12 business days. Your order could also arrive by both methods in separate packages. If you choose Economy shipping, please provide an address that accepts both USPS and FedEx deliveries.

FedEx Ground shipping

This optional upgrade will get your order to you via FedEx Ground in three to seven business days. An additional $3.50 will be added to the shipping charges shown in the table above, and your entire order will ship FedEx Ground. This option is not available outside the lower 48 states. A physical address is required.

Faster shipping (FedEx 3-day, 2-Day and Standard Overnight)

Options for faster shipping can be selected during checkout. Orders must be placed by 10 a.m., and fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the item(s) you're ordering. Orders must be received by 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on a week day to ship on the same day. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. A physical address is required. If you are especially concerned about delivery, please call us at 1-888-833-1412. Please note: Some items cannot be expedited. These exceptions are noted in the product descriptions online.

Items shipped directly from our suppliers

If your order includes an item that is shipped directly from one of our suppliers, that item will arrive separately from other items you have ordered. Faster shipping options are generally not available for these items, except as noted in the product descriptions.

Additional shipping fees on large items

Some of our larger items carry an additional shipping charge. These charges are noted in the product descriptions, and will display in the Shopping Basket as "Additional Shipping."

Shipping outside the lower 48 states

If your delivery address is outside the lower 48 states, it's best to order by phone so we can give you all the available shipping options. In many cases, delivery takes two to four weeks. In addition, certain products have shipping restrictions, and cannot be delivered to specific states, as noted in the product descriptions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are processing and delivery charges calculated?
Economy shipping charges are determined by the total dollar value of the items on your order, according to the chart above. Some oversize items such as furniture have additional shipping charges, as noted in the product descriptions. Our Economy Federal Express Ground charge is based on the dollar value of your order as shown above, with an additional $3.50 charge. Expedited shipping methods (FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight) are based on the weight and size of the item(s) you have ordered.

Can I select faster shipping for part of my order and send the rest via economy shipping?
All items on an order have to be shipped by the same method. To select different shipping methods for your items, you will need to place a separate order for each method.

Can I ship my order to more than one address?
Please submit a separate order for each shipping address.

Can I track my package?
Yes, as long as your order has shipped via a trackable method. To find out, see your e-mail confirmation, or log into the Order Status page.
