This is my second time around for these leaf bags, which says something about their quality. I have used other types of leaf bags, but nothing compares to these.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I've had this item for a couple of years now. It's still in good shape and extremely useful if I'm cutting back medium sized, lighter weight items. While helpful to have around, it's just doesn't have the structure or size to manage most big yard clean-up jobs
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I've only gotten to use this a oouple times (too rainy for much gardening) but am very pleased so far and amazed at how much it holds.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This takes up less space than a wheelbarrow. Leaves don't blow off on the way to emptying it.
Holds more than your average wheelbarrow.
I am hooked!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I live in a rural area in the woods and have a LOT of leaves to rake and clean up every season around my house and grounds. I don't have a riding or mulching mower, so this leaf bag has been a big help in moving piles of leaves to the woods and compost piles. It holds a lot and is easy to dump. My only problem with it is it does tend to rip on the bottom if you drag it across the ground and happen to go over a sharp stone or rough patch, but overall, it's a great product!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
The medium size fits over the top of a standard trash barrel as a cover, which comes in handy as a way to store the bag on a windy day.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This is the most wonderful invention. It's so lightweight, holds a lot, easy use handles on the sides, folds down flat, doesn't take up a lot of room. I plan to buy more for my garden use.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Handy for gathering leaves, grass clippings, small prunings or other gardening debris. The bottom handle makes tipping to empty a breeze. Great idea! The quality is good, but the price seems to be high for the materials involved.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I am finally having to order a new one of these. My first one was given to me 5 or 6 years ago by a friend. It's been in constant use, and is finally showing it's age. I use it (Large size) for leaves in the fall, but it's in constant use in my garden for taking any plant material over to the compost heap. I also use it to hold the wet leaves I scoop out of my koi pond. I've tried lots of different carriers, including the ones shaped like a barrel, but this one beats them all for being lightweight, and fitting lots of different size and shaped branches, and plants inside. I can drag it when it gets too unwieldy to carry. It's my favorite garden tool, when I am cleaning up the flower beds.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
these are so useful, easy to haul around as you work in the yard, the medium size can be fitted with a trashbag for easy removal of debris. easy to store, a real treasure
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
We have had a set for the past 8 years and finally have worn them out after lots of use (abuse) on our part. If i put items in them that became too heavy to carry - I just pulled them across the yard to where I needed to go. I am buying another set today- used them even for hauling dirt - unbelievably sturdy - since they fold up they are so easy to store. Only (minor) downside is the insert that keeps the bag open - ours partially broke down after about 4-5 years so the top was only 1/2 open - but we kept on using them till now when the fabric has begun to shred - ours are still usable but we are ready for another set. LOVE LOVE LOVE these bags
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I am back to add an addendum to my original review that I wrote in July. I suggested that the large bag was too large and cumbersome for our purposes but that was before we started raking leaves in the Fall. The large bag was perfect for hauling and dumping the leaves in the wooded area that borders our property. Now I can truly say we cannot live without both sizes. I'm back to order some for gifts. We previously used the wheelbarrow but the large bag holds more and is easier to work with. Great item!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Upon opening the package noticed a blue band that I was expected to insert into the top in order to make the opening rigid. Yeah, right! After an hour, I managed to thread the band through the top. For this price. why was I asked to do this? Why does the design completely depend on the silly band in the first place? The opening where the band is inserted is difficult to find. Although this bag is suitable for most gardening purposes, you really cannot fill the bag to the brim with wet grass clippings and pick it up - at least not the largest size. Also, don't drag the bag on a concrete surface - the bottom could tear easily. I had higher expectations. This site sold another (dark green) tip bag a few years back that I am still using, even though the handles have rotted off. The band was not as rigid, which came in handy. In general, this investment was a disappointment.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Holds a good quantity and is easy to fit in car to go to compost dump.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I have lots of oleanders needing cuttings so container important. Only neg.is the sun eats plastic--not your fault--so I look for good material. Thank You.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
the bag was easy to use but a little too short, had to empty many times.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
It would be helpful to have additional bands to replace broken ones. I still have old bags that can carry but the sides don't stand up making it difficult to load.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I just love my medium leaf tip bag, perfect size for when I'm cleaning up my flower beds of weeds, leaves, sticks, etc. I love how it maintains it's shape and has handles on the sides for easy tipping and emptying. I highly recommend.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
use these for yard work and for carrying stuff down the basement for storage, clothes, shoes, whatever
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
During this horribly hot, dry June I moved my 15 year old garden to a new home. Shrubs, small trees, vines, roses, perennials, bulbs you name it! The tip bags were instrumental for holding transplants and easy to drag onto the ramp up into the truck and reversing the process at the other side. I am pretty strong but some of the rootballs were over 100 lbs and dragging was surprisingly easy. Even with over 35 truck loads of plants, only 1 of the tip bags ripped on the bottom. All the handles are even intact! Even better, the bags hold water so I could water the transplants in the bags. Now the bags are washed and stored until I need them for fall leaf collection, or if I decide to move some of my transplants that aren't in quite the right spot!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
We have had our original bag for so long my 24 year old daughter does not remember life without it. She is our main weed puller so she gets the most use out of it. We can still use the original but thought it was time to get a new one. We purchased the large thinking it was what we had but now I am back to order the medium. The large is too large and cumbersome for our purposes but we definitely cannot manage without this bag and our original's bottom does show wear and tear.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Have used one for several years. its still in use but we needed another. wouldn't garden without one.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Great for toting around when dead-heading, weeding, or picking up leaves. They last one or two seasons depending on the use.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I was looking for something that would stand upright on it's own like the picture shows. Unfortunately this is not rigid enough and doesn't maintain a fully open position. Might be OK for leaves, but not much more.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I had something like this years ago that finally, after years of use was no longer usable. I was so glad to find this one. It works great for carrying around the yard for weeding. and it's easy to dump out. It's a little floppy until you fill it a bit but works fine after that. I got the smaller size it seems the bigger one might be a bit too much to handle on your own.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Wish the previous one had lasted longer - it tore at seam after fairly heavy use, but have not found a better alternative so bought another! The size makes it particularly useful - fewer trips to the compost heap!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I used my last ones for 15 years. Looking forward to doing the same with these.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
It took 2 of us to get the hard rim threaded in, but a great improvement over the old style rim which snapped. We have 2 now so that we won't fight about who gets to use them!

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
The bag ripped on the bottom the very first time I hauled it across a lawn to dump leaf debris.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I use this bag for collecting leaves, weeds, small brush. I like its light weight and strong stitching. It is easy to use after assembly. However, the process of inserting the plastic rib at the top of the bag was ridiculously difficult (and is why I could only muster a three-star rating). I'm a pretty sturdy gal with strong hands and it was very hard for me to get that rib pushed all the way through. Mindful of the other comments where holes in the bottom became a problem, I just lay a sheet of burlap or an empty mulch bag at the bottom when I start using it and, so far, nothing has poked through from the inside to make a hole in the material. A better rib support design would make this a really great gardening tool.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This bag was really hard to assemble. It is very hard to get the plastic strip inserted into the top sleeve. The bag is so hard to store- not at all like the umbrella form of the old Bos bag.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This is the third tip bag I have ordered over about a 15 year period. Love them and drag them all around the yard when weeding and pruning. On the last bag, one of the handles pulled loose so I was pleased to see that packaging on my latest order makes note of extra strength. Also on the old bag, the wire that goes around the rim became brittle and broke. But that may have just been because the bag was several years old. Pushing the wire through the opening around the rim is no easy task. But those complaints aside, I love the tip bag and have recommended it to many gardening friends and family.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Lightweight and when filled with leaves easy to carry.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I first used this yesterday to clean up leaves. After moving three loads of leaves, I noticed a number of holes that had developed in the bottom. By the end of the day, there were 9 holes in the bottom, 2 of which were about 1/2 inch in diameter. The fabric is very poor quality.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This product lasts a long time, holds a lot and is easy to use. I lost mine at the dump after 8 years of use and had to buy another one. Couldn't live without it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
A perfect product. Lightweight, strong collapsible, nice green color. Stays open when
starting to fill, doesn't collapse. Handles for
ez lifting.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
i don't move the big plastic barrels; i carry/drag the full bag to the barrel. large size more than fills a big barrel. low, so i can trim low growth and toss it in without changing my height.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
We love this product!! We own about 6 of them and use them constantly for weeds, leaves in the fall, even to haul rocks. Our son-in-law is constantly coming over to borrow it so we had to get him one of his own.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
These Tip Bags are versatile but what I like most is the fact they fit so easily in the back of the car or in the trunk to haul yard waste to the local recycling/compost facility.
The only criticism is that after several years of use, holes are developing in the bottom of the bag.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I love the way it stands open making it easy to toss debris from the middle of the bed into it. Also, the design makes it easy to carry and to dump.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Very usefull..
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Great for gathering leaves efficiently!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I use my bag when pruning, pulling weeds, gathering leaves, and to hold anything I need to carry around in the garden. It stays upright, is easy to carry, and very sturdy.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Since I live in Florida, I don't have a lot of leaves to clean up, but I have made use of my container for many other uses throughout the yard. It is an excellent container for use in cleanup in the yard. It is lightweight, easy to carry, but not easy to empty unless you have a large container to empty it into. I am glad I purchased the smaller container because it holds plenty. The larger one would probably be useful for large amounts of leaves, however. I would definitely purchase this item again!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I put leaves in the bag and plan to use in the spring in garden
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Lightweight and easy to pull along as you garden to add garden debris.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
It's much more sturdy than a plastic bag but not quite as tough as I hoped/believed. The hoop that supports the bag open has already started to break. Also I see that dragging it across the lawn has breeched the fabric.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Get the smaller one. Good thing; handy around the yard and garden. But it is, as others have pointed out, a bear to assemble. Had to get my husband to do it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I would probably buy the smaller size next time.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I have had one of these tip bags for 10 years. The main reason for buying a new one is because the old one was contaminated with poison ivy. I couldn't figure out a way to completely decontaminate it so I had to toss it. The bag is easy to set up, it has a nice wide opening so you can pick up a bunch of leaves with a rake and easily drop the leaves right in. It is also nice for use when weeding or doing your fall garden clean up. Once full you can carrry it with the convenient handles right to your compost bin or pile and tip it over to empty.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Indispensable for fall leaf clean-up. Holds a large quantity, is easy to pick-up and empty, and the leaves don't blow around once inside the bag. (We compress the leaves, in order to make a bigger load, by standing in the bag and stomping around, so can verify that it's sturdy and durable). Sticks don't puncture the fabric.
Also, great for spring and late season clean-up when the garden needs major grooming.
Easy to store as we hang it by one of the sewn-on straps and sort of swat it to flatten.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I bought the large size and the plastic coil that must be inserted in the top to get it to stand up was almost impossible for me to insert. Took me long time, lots of grumbling, and my hands were killing me by the time I got it done. The smaller one may not be a problem, but this is huge and unwieldy, doesn't store easily. Good idea, but not as practical as I'd hoped.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Bought 2 med. leaf tip bags to replace the 2 I had ordered from you YEARS ago. These are shorter but wider & easier for me to handle. They are so handy I use them every time I 'walk' my yard.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
After only two days of use, the bag is showing signs of wear and it not going to hold up. We are very disappointed, especially since we purchased two. We did not use the bag in any way that would have contributed to tearing. We did not drag it, etc. I guess it was defective.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Perfect accessory for moving leaves and weeds.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
WHEN IT COMES TO REMOVAL OF YARD REFUSE SUCH AS LEAVES AND DEADFALL THIS IS VERY VERSITAL AND HANDY BECAUSE IT HAS NO MOVING PARTS TO BREAKDOWN AND CAN BE STUFFED TO CAPCITY AND BEYOUND AND STILL STAY IN TACT AFTER MUCH USE AND ABUSE
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
We are looking forward to using the bag for cleanup in our yard and garden. It will replace a large tarp we had used previously.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I use this bag to hold weeds and branches for village pick-up that is done twice monthly. The bag looks so nice that I keep it outdoors until the pick-up days. It is always handy to toss in the unwanted weed(s) that I find during my morning garden inspections. Very sturdy although one might not think so upon first taking it out of the box.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
It made my hand sore getting the plactic in but it worked good for the project
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
So far I like it. Haven't had it long enough to know if it will be durable, but seems like it will be. Makes raking/yard work easier.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Everyone in my family has one. We use it mainly for gardening and yard maintenance. We haul clippings and leaves to the compost pile. We haul weeds for disposal. We put it in the back of the station wagon for transporting dirty plants and shrubs. We wear them out with use and beg that you will keep this an instock item forever!

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This is a good and useful product, but there is not way to close it for storage and now we have no where to put it.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
In our area, we have a lot of tumbleweeds that need constant removal. The weeds are stiff and will rip apart any plastic trash bags that are used for cleanup. At first I thought the bag would be handier if it were a little smaller that a 30 gallon trash bag would drape over the edge. After a bit of use, however, I found that a trash bag will fit inside very nicely and the rigidity of the leaf tip bag makes cleanup of the tumbleweeds much easier. Very handy.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
The bags have proven to be really useful in clearing garden areas and weeding.

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Excellent "tip bag." The bag arrives with the upper coil needing to be fed through the slot at the top of the bag. This is hard to do and required 2 people ultimately.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
use this bag daily and love it!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Wish bottom were reinforced so it could be dragged without tearing.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This bag is perfect for collecting pruned branches and leaves, and light enough to carry it to the bin.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This is the second set of bags I have purchased. The first set is still around - they're more than 5 years old now and have a few holes. I use them ALL the time - for weeding, leaf collection, moving mulch around, laying on them to keep from getting wet...They're great.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I use my Tip Bags primarily for clearing out briars and weeds and for picking up leaves, grass cuttings and small branches.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I use it for my garden

Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Feel like an idiot for struggling with unwieldy and unenvironmental plastic bags, heavy woven baskets, awkward cans for all these years. This actually makes leaf-gathering more enjoyable, because it WORKS! no more comedy in the yard...
[1 of 1 customers found this review helpful]
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I really like this product, but the hoop rim continues to slide out of place - which in turn results in the top of the bag collapsing! This is one area they need to correct. Otherwise it is very handy when cleaning out flower beds - lightweight and holds quite a bit! When sitting on the ground cleaning out the beds it is easy to just place the clippings right into the bag without having to get up and reach a wagon. I would recommend it - but would warn you about the top being a problem.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Nice wide opening helps with weeding and pruning.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I love these for spring clean up of my perennial gardens. I clean up the stems and leftovers from fall and then dump them into a compost pile.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
These leaf tip bags are the most flexible, light, sturdy carrying containers you'll find. They hold a LOT of lawn and garden debris, hold their shap, and empty effortlessly. I carry it everywhere I take my clipping and digging tools in the garden.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
We had a large Tip Bag for six years, in constant use, before we wore it out. Cleaning and weeding is part of every garden session so the tip bag is used almost every day. It is light and durable and big enough to hold as much garden debris as I can carry. The Tip Bag is one of the best gardening tools we've ever found.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Sure beats pushing a wheelbarrow around. Great for spring/fall cleanup, grass clippings, weeds, sticks, etc.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I've used this to help haul fall leaves and the roots of several yucca plants I had to dig up. Let's just say it was willing to carry a heavier load than I was. Solid construction and convenient handles let you drag, lift and dump easily. Stores easily too. Good stuff!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
We have lots of trees in the backyard and this leaf bag works great! It is so large in diameter, it's easy to dump in the leaves and it's easy to lift and move around. Works great with the leaf shredder!
[1 of 1 customers found this review helpful]
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Purchased for use with my leaf shredder for which it works very well. As noted by other reviewers, the plastic 'hoop' which holds the bag open is somewhat difficult to install. My only real complaint is the inability, at least by me, to find a way other than disassembly to store it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Light weight and easy to use!
[1 of 1 customers found this review helpful]
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
1) The plastic insert is impossible to get to thread all the way around - it just hangs up and leaves a loop inside the bag.
2) What is a "TIP" - I believe that it a British word for a DUMP. Why not Americanize!
3) Spent a lot of time chasing empty ones around when a gust of wind came up before I had anything in it.
4) I could find no way to collapse it after use - so it takes up too much space in my garage. There must be a trick to this but I could not discover it.
5) Very useful for leaf gathering and week gathering except for 1 - 4 above!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Fits under the electric leaf shredder.
[1 of 1 customers found this review helpful]
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
As mentioned by many reviewers its lightweight and holds a lot. It also seems quite punctured-resistant and has stood up to my dragging it around the yard and out to the curb or the compost bin. I've had mine 4 or 5 years and I only wish the stitching held up better on the handles (the stitching that attaches them to the bag has disintegrated) and the bag doesn't stand up any more so it may be time to replace it. I don't recall having had any trouble assembling it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Carrying lawn waste.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I find the product is to use and to store. I like that it is flexable sturdy and designed for yard and garden work.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Besides using the bag to collect and carry leaves, it works for collecting the weeds I pull and for removing foliage from the garden. It is also handy for carrying plants. I have also used it in the car when transporting dirty items.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I really like the bag for cleaning up around the yard. However, it was not the easiest to assemble- putting the plastic rod through the top proved somewhat difficult.
although the size is good I would like to see it just a bit taller and not quite as wide so it will fit more lawn and leaf trash bags.
I would, however, buy it again.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Great while trimming plants, holds a lot and easy to empty into composter.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Extremely useful for many chores around the yard. Grab and drag, pick up and dump. Perfect. Love it. Got one for mom-in-law too!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Hard to thread the plastic band thru the top to hold it's shape.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I love this product and recently purchased one for my mother-in-law too. My only negative is that if you aren't careful how you store it when not in use, the hoop gets bent and you can't right it. Mine doesn't stay open for me anymore. Wondering if I can buy a new wire hoop to replace the old one.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
A nice, reliable product. I used my first large tip bag for over 10 years before it's fabric deteriorated and it's plastic hoop binding broke in so many places that it was no longer able to remain upright and open. I'd say that's excellent service for the price. I finally retired it and purchased a new one recently. It gets hauled all over my 16-acre property, up and down steep slopes, down to the apple orchard, etc. It holds an incredible amount of garden debris, grass clippings or leaves and then all the rolled up hoses during the winter. It is one of my most used landscaping helpers. My small tip bag -- also purchased 10 years ago -- is still in excellent condition because it is used for much lighter chores.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
It was difficult to put the stiff strip into the sleeve that holds the bag open, but once in place it works great.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I use my leaf tip bag for almost everything I do in my garden and around my lawn. From trimmings debre to weeds.
my garden is along our lake shore on a tier. It is so much easier to carry, drag or push my collection up the tier with my tip leaf bags and would be an such an effort without them. One of my most valuable tools.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I've been buying these bags for years, but on this particular one, the handles are sewn so close to the top, I can't get the rigid rim through, so will either have to sort a solution for myself or send the bag back. Either way, irritating.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Other than gathering leaves and catching the mulched product, I also use these bags to gather things for my mulch pile in the garden.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This bag is just the right size to carry a full load (twigs, leaves, mulch)and still be able to carry.
[2 of 2 customers found this review helpful]
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I can't imagine gardening or landscaping without two or three tip bags close at hand. They can be dragged all over my rough, rocky, root-infested yard and still hold up for years. My "lawn" is 3/4 bluestone and I can drag the full tip bags across the sharp bluestone pebbles without harm to the bags. The bags save our lives in the fall when we mulch a gazillion Norway maple leaves because the large bags fit perfectly under our leaf mulching machine. We can just drag the bag full of mulched leaves to the spot where we want to spread them without back strain. I've left the full bags out in the rain accidentally and nothing bad has happened. My only complaint is that the hoop rims usually break within a year of use so it's a pain in the neck to keep the bag open when trying to load it. I now have 5 of the bags so it's safe to say I like them despite the hoop rim problem.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
These bags are TOUGH! This is my second large tip bag; the first one got left at the dump after we used it to haul demolition debris and some lucky person got it before we discovered we'd left it behind. I never realized how much I used it until I didn't have it.
I had the first bag for 14 years and used it to haul leaves, branches, rocks, bricks, demolition waste, and more. The fully-loaded bag has been dragged across the blacktop driveway and lawn dozens of times with hardly a hint of wear. Our local discount store had similar smaller, pop-up style bags for about half the price - those lasted exactly 3 loads before branches started poking through the sides and the bags were useless.
It's also is easy to pick up and carry with lighter loads - either with a friend or I pull the two handles together and carry it like a suitcase. The bag works much better than a plain tarp for dragging leaves, since the sides keep the leaves contained even if there's wind.
The only negative about this bag is that it's a bit large for easy storage. Yes, you can remove the hoop rim and fold it down, but for the amount of times it gets used, that's not practical.
This is hands-down the BEST tool in my garage!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I put it in the horse trailer dressing room and fill it with all the odd horse tack and supplies I'll need handy for a horse camping outing. In winter, I just carry the whole bag of gear down celler to store until the next season. I fill one with life jackets, paddles, seats, etc. and squish it behind the seat of my extended cab pick-up for kayak outings. At Christmas, I fill it with gifts to bring to the family get-together. My Mom uses hers for picking up and bagging leaves.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Great for all yard debris, i.e., weeding, carting leaves in the fall, etc. Product is very light in weight making it easy to transport any heavy items you put into it. Handle on the side is also great as it gives excellent leverage, a big plus when you fill it with wet leaves and dirt laden weeds and you have to transport it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This was recommended by a professional and I'm glad I took their advice. I'm 62 and not as strong as I was a few decades ago. The medium bin is perfect. It folds up easily (I do wish it had velcro straps, but I use clothespins). It is a feather's weight empty so I can load weeds and prunings till it overflows and still take it to the compost.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
The rim doesn't stay competely open on the medium size-i didn't notice it so much on the small size. I use this for weeding and as an extra bin for our area's curbside yard waste pick-up. In fact that's why i have a medium size now-i put my small one out on the sidewalk and it was missing later that morning. :( I missed it so much I had to get another one!
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
These are easy to move about the yard and garden. It is nice to be able to fold it up when not in use. My son-in-laws are getting one of these at Christmas.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
My ony complaint is I wish they made a smaller size. I have the medium and large but could find all sorts of uses for a smaller size too. Great product. Love it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I am never without this handy bag when I'm working in the garden. I love that it is so lightweight, stands open by itself, and has great carrying handles, plus the handles on the side to dump the garden debris into the compost bin.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
I have the leaf bag with me as I weed. At my age I can't keep running to empty the weed container too often. This bag makes my job much easier.
In the fall I use it for leaf collection, and again, it saves time and energy. It's size is perfect because it isn't too large to pull around but is big enough to hold a lot of leaves or weeds.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Very useful. Needs a strap(s) on bottom to ease emptying.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
It's an ok bag for light duty , but if it's dragged, the bottom will get holes in it .
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
Leaf tip bags are great for lightweight garden chores like gathering leaves and grass clippings. The side handles are easy to grip and make it convenient to carry a load to the compost pile. I've also used these bags for transporting laundry from the hamper to the washer or from the dryer to the laundry folding area. Handy to use for multiple chores.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
These are GREAT!!! They hold so much and so easy to drag around in the yard when pulling weeds.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
This bag is so handy for flower bed clean up. Once it is full I pull a plastic bag over the top and then dump the contents. Makes sacking up debri effortless. Highly recommend it.
Comments about Leaf Tip Bags:
My previous tip bags came with the hoop inserted and were terrific. But my recent purchase the hoops came separate and were virtually impossible to insert.
