Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

The garden groom mulches everything down just like they promise. However, if you have an overgrowth of a month or two, it takes a real long time to trim it all down. It is also quite noisy. When the shrubs are maintained regularly it probably wont be so time consuming.

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

I have hedges and boxwoods around the garden and found this product very akward to use as well as time consuming. Cutting the sides of the hedges was difficult. I ended up borrowing the neighbors hedge clippers and raking up afterwards.

I trimmed my bushes almost a month ago. My neighbor trimmed her bushes the same day and has continued to trim her bushes on a weekly basis! This product has saved me a tremendous amount of time and money--no more need to purchase mulch; I make it for free!

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

I liked that it was very light weight - but, it does not catch all of the clippings. I really hoped it would catch more of the clippings. It is also difficult to store. I'm keeping it for small jobs. But, to prune my holly bushes, I think I will prefer doing it by hand as tedious as that can be.

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

Since it is late in the year, I only tried it on three yews. They are very large and would usually take me about an hour or so to do three, NOT counting clean up! I did all three in less than 15 minutes...and NO CLEAN UP! I got the Groomer Pro and I almost wish I would have gotten the smaller one since it is a little heavy for me. I am a woman who weighs about 130lbs. It should be perfect for men but ladies, if I had to do it over, I would go smaller!

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

I bought this for my husband to trim the bushes along our driveway - he had asked for hedge trimmers. I like that it mulches and collects the clippings. It saves time. There was some clogging between the blades and the collection cup, but they were easily unclogged. We are overall very happy with this product.

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

This is too big and heavy for a 70-year-old, five foot tall woman to use. Now I know, I will try to find a cordless, smaller trimmer. I gave the Garden Groomer Pro to a neighbor. Men have liked it. This was valuable experience and I will try to find what I need.

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

I use the trimmer to do boxwoods and other bush-like trimming.
It is easy to use, cleans up readily, relatively maneuverable and not too heavy (I am a woman). It also does the job and trims evenly.

One negative I have encountered is that when I tilt the trimmer to do the sides of bushes, the clippings spit out the back.

Comments about Garden Groom Hedge Trimmers:

My father owns the Garden Groom Pro and me and my older brother have used at our houses. It works extremely well on your standard hue bush. Be careful though because even after you take your hands off the two handles, the blade keeps spinning for about 5-8 seconds.
Recently I was trimming and hit one of the landscape light fixtures and did some minor damage to the blade. We had to send it back to the manufacturer. So we will see how they handle that.
