Particularly like the subdued (adequate/not glaring) lighting that the unit provides. Enough light to use the gas grill after dark and bright enough to spot the night time critters.
We mounted the solar panel on the roof by glueing a velcro strip to the roofing shingles and to the base of the panel. No problem installing the main unit on a brick wall using inserts and screws into the mortar. Works great.

Very easy to install and adjust. It puts out an incredible amount of light. I have installed two of them on a remote cabin so I can have light when arriving after dark. It is great light and makes everything so much easier. I will install more as I have the time and money.

My husband is an Electrician so the thought of putting up a solar light instead of a electrical light was not his cup of tea, I purchased it because when I walk the dogs in the front of the house it is so dark and he never put up what he wanted, therefore I purchased the solar light and we put this light up on our tree in front, and Wow it illuminated the whole front yard - it was great, and we were both very happy with this purchase.

We used the light where we only needed a soft light feature in a couple dark corners of our yard. It provides a sufficient amount of light for a short time to enable a quick view without "blinding" the neighbors. If a "floodlight or spotlight" type of lighting is needed this soft LED glow might not be enough, but it works just right for us.

This is the second solar motion security that we have purchased. Follow the directions for charging it up before the first use. We have had excellent results with the two of ours. After the initial purchase, it's free lighting. No more turning on flood lights and wasting electricity.

Used in my driveway with extensive range and sensitive trigger. Ordered a 2nd for my backyard. Letting the dogs out in my fenced in yard at night is great when the motion sensor triggers instantly. Very reliable and worth the price. Easy to install.

The solar, motion security light is wonderful. It gives off good light, and is actually the first solar light that works. (We have tried others, and they didn't work.) We like it so well, that we are going to order another one.

We use it to illuminate our stone steps at night. We were able to adjust it so it comes on just as you approach the steps. It illuminates them nicely. I feel much safer!

Provides decent light and easy to install but don't expect the blinding light you would get from a house-current motion light. Haven't tested how long the "charge" will last if
it's used for a long single period -- that could be an issue for some.

I've searched for an easy to install and maintain solar powered light and this is it! Easy installation, a few quick adjustments and then my neighbor tells me what a wonderful light it is (It covers the walkway between us). With LED's no bulbs to change and it has weathered several severe storms already in good shape. Not obtrusive at all, you just don't notice it until it comes on.

Most solar lights I've tried are weak and ineffective to say the least.

This one has a nice illumination. It's not going to be confused for a regular lightbulb, for sure. The light has almost a blue hue, like moonlight.

The solar panel on an extention is very effective, as where I wanted to place the light doesn't get any sun.

Adjusted this unit to light when someone enters the driveway. It lights up the vehicle area to help prevent vandalism and help visitors to come to the door.
The adjust area is an easy set up and appears to have a large area of coverage.
This is a nice unit.

This product was bought to light area in my carport so I could see to unlock the house door and also light a path to my grill and back shed without using all the electricity an electrical motion sensor spot light uses. This product does that and more, it lights up really bright with all of the led's that are in the light and seems to be able to do it many times a night. What I loved about this product is that I got three of them for three specific uses. Only one of the uses would not suit, and I found another product on Gardners that I think will work. I really like the one at my back door, I always get Rattlesnakes there in spring and fall, and it is on the way to my vehicle, I just want to be able to see them before I get out of the car.
This is so good, I am thrilled, I also put one out in my feed shed. I did not want to run Elecatric, and It is very hard to get feed at 3 am with a flash light. Thank you this is just the ticket.

I just love this light, i put it up on my garage and it lites up most of the garage area. We had a very nasty rainstorm after I installed the light and we also had very high winds with the rain and this light came through with no problems at all. Only thing that I want to know is if the battery goes can it be replaced

I purchased the motion sensor solar light for our horse barn. I installed it on the inside so when we go in to feed after dark there is no problem seeing. It was easy to adjust so that the horses do not turn it on, but it comes on as soon as we walk in the door. It's also comforting to look out at the barn at night and see that the light is off. Then we know that no one is in the barn that should not be there. I'm ordering a second one today to install in the hay loft.

This light does what I expected. It gives basic illumination over a wide area so you can see where you are walking without tripping. That is nice to have in a very dark area. Installation was easy and although it seems pricey at first, it's not when you consider the cost of waterproof electrical equipment and running wires to a remote location.
