We looked extensively to find something to cover an ugly well pipe. The Mock Rock from Gardener's Supply was the best price anywhere; we were hesitant about the quality before it arrived since it was much lower priced than similar items from other catalogs and stores. Not to worry - it is attractive, substantial, and a great buy. We made a good decision.

I was very surprised that the mock rock looks so real! I had trouble fitting it over my sprinkler valves. Had to cut off one of the anchor tabs to fit against my house. Overall, looks good.

used hide a curbside cable box (tall oblong thing) in front yard. Easy, quick to install. Neighbors didn't notice new feature (good thing) in an area where my truly nice neighbors don't like eyesores.
The only bad thing that i can think of is that it didn't come with a large amount of money inside!

I needed a realistic cover for a well pipe (front yard) and a septic pipe (back yard). Both of the faux rocks look great. I had some concern since a review I read said I needed to vent both but the vents weren't included. When I received the rocks I placed a call to the manufacturer to inquire. Since it was a weekend I left a message. Didn't want to wait on the front yard placement so used a 1/2 paddle bit to drill the hole at the base of the rock (rear of rock for front yard viewing), a bit of left over screen, and a hot glue gun to secure the screen to make a vent at the base of the rock. Works like a charm. The manufacturer did call me back to let me know the well pipe does need a vent but the septic doesn't. And they suggested drilling a few holes around the bottom of the rock without mentioning the screening. I like my idea better; one hole and screening so critters don't get inside. Anyway they look great!

This product is excellent for covering unsightly mechanical installations. Our lot has two such metal "boxes" and the large "rock" effectively conceals one. My husband laughed because we don't have many big boulders around here, but it sure looks a lot better than what was there!

I am using this product in my front yard landscaping to hide the unattractive electrical and cable boxes that were right in the middle of the landscape. Not a day goes by that someone doesn't stop me and ask me where I got it ! This is a common problem in this area.

I put the "rock" over the pipe from the well that is on the side of our house. My husband had an "attractive rug" wrapped around it previously. The rock looks real and will protect the pipe in cold weather. It would look great in any landscape and I am planning on buying more for other "eyesores".

I wish I had done this years ago. It looks so good we did more landscaping around it. Be sure to add a vent if used on a well or septic pipe . The company on the instructions sent me a free vent. I used it to cover an ugly well pipe.

The cable company recently replaced the cover on their equipment between my neighbor and me with a larger and more hideous version. When driving around the corner to get to our houses, it was the first thing she and I saw and we both hated it! I was looking through your catalog and saw the mock rock and the tall one fit the dimensions perfectly. We ordered it and split the cost since it's on her property and it's my cable line! It was easy to install and I put potting soil around the bottom of it and the grass has begun to grow around it and it looks so natural. It looks like a boulder from a distance and it's also durable enough that we can even sit on it and watch the sunset off the hill by our houses, but without scratching our legs. We couldn't be happier!

My husband and sons gave me plants for a beautiful butterfly garden for Mother's Day. The perfect spot to plant them was in our front yard, but the well pipe was an eyesore. I ordered this tall mock rock to cover it, and now everyone wants to know how we got that huge rock in there! Family, friends, and neighbors have all asked about it, and cannot believe that it is fake when I tell them. They have all asked where they could purchase one, so please keep plenty in stock!
