    Adorable birdfeeders! We get a lot of feathered visitors feeding on them. One hinged lid snapped off after the second filling, but it was easily repaired with a little wire. Still looks great!

    These are great. I was given them for Christmas and ordered 10 boxes for Christmas presants for next year. They are a little small and have to be filled often, but they are so cute and the birds love them. The squirrels try to love them but to no avail. They add color and are wonderful hanging in the trees.

    Birds loved them in the back yard, avoided them in the front yard - go figure! Love these - ordered 2 more sets for gifts. They stay securely latched and hang securely in bushes and trees. Safflower seeds work well - cardinals and finches will eat these, squirrels and starlings won't! Black oilers are the right size as well, but do attract squirrels. Very cute!

    The holes appear to be too big to hold any kind of seed that I would use. I even tried the big sunflower seeds (not the oilers),and the seeds just fell right through the slots. I might try to put suet in. I don't think they are very squirrel-proof, but they are cute. Maybe my garden has too many birds to make these globe feeders a practical idea for me. They are still cute. I'm sure I'll figure out some way to use them. But I'm disappointed that the website survey came out before this review option. And the link didn't work the first few times. It just took me to the catalogue.

    Gave one set as a gift and they "wowed" the recipient. I love the cheery look they add to the trees.     I thought I would be able to hang it where the squirrels wouldn't get it, but that will take attaching a length of cable or wire to hand it much further from even the flimsiest branches. And it's hard to fill because the sunflower seeds fall out.

    This was easy to put up. The review that mentioned Black oil seed was helpful to know what to use. Some seed is too small and blows out. One of the feeders given as a gift had a loose latch. I'm not sure what you can do about that. Otherwise, eye catching hanging from the trees. Still waiting for the birds to find the feeders.

    November has been very warm (40 degrees +) and I filled the feeders with suet mixed with sunflower seeds. So far the birds are just eating from other sunflower seed feeders in the yard. Not one bird has approached the mini globe feeders which are hung from branches near our other bird feeders. I hope they will be found when the weather turns cold.

    I wish the wires were further apart so birds could access food. But they are good for perching birds, or would be if they could get to the food. Even smaller food isn't accessible.

    My set came in 2 non-Christmasy colors--but nice colors anyway--they were light blue, chartreuse and red. And I'm sure the birds don't care!

    good for sunflower seeds and shelled peanuts. need to attach lid so it's not lost in snow or tall plants. squirrels haven't chewed them open or pulled them open. they tried dropping them and they don't open.
