The product was used as a bird bath. Finally it was used as a bird feeder because it was difficult to fill it with water. I lost my money on this product and you lost a customer. Never saw a bird use this bird bath either for a bath nor to feed from; I am very disappointed.

After using this birdbath for one summer, it now has a crack and will no longer hold water. Not at all what I expected for the [$]it cost me. I'll stick with metal or concrete bowls from now on.

I bought this as a gift for my wife, but have been very disappointed in the quality of this product. The weld at the base of the 'nest' has broken twice and the 2nd time resulted in the breaking of the glass bowl. We like the look, we are dissatified with the product.

Since the dish has broken (on its own) I have not been able to find a replacement for it and must use a pie tin to hold water (which is not very attractive).

Purchased this as a gift for my brother who is far more a high-end/stylish shopper than myself. He loves it. Living in a rural environment in the Co. mountains, it required a little more stabilization with rocks at the bottom, but that just added landscape character.

Overall, I like the product but it is somewhat unsturdy and we had to attach it with a clamp to our wooden flower bed border to keep it from falling over. Also, in the photo it looks like the bowl is green or blue clear glass, and I was surprised and disappointed that it wasn't colored.

The crackle bowl developed "Y" shaped crack after being in the garden for less than one week. It still retains some water but will likely completely break.

Besides adding some sculptural interest to the garden, this is a great birdbath for neat-freaks. The glass bowl can be removed for easy washing. The birdbath stands slightly cockeyed in mulch and needs a tiny bit of support to keep it straight, but is probably perfect installed in the lawn. The birds don't seem to mind the slight slant and splash away.
