This is a terrific tool for moving my heavy potted plants when I want to clean the floors indoors or the patio when plant is moved to outdoors. The beautiful large clay pots can get so heavy when you add the dirt and plant. These are real back savers!
Also, I've accidentally overwatered a plant or two and this is one way to get the spill cleaned up quickly without worry of staining the floor underneath - it allows for circulation under the pot and aides in drying floor quicker.
I was sorry to see that the larger sizes are sold out am making due with the smaller size by adding cork trivets under the plant so it sits up on top of the edge to create a larger surface area for the pot.
Not sure how it will hold up outside yet as this is my first time to purchase these and will use these outside next summer.

This product prevents water from welling up under the plant, so there is little fear of over-dousing the plant, which can promote rotting. (Always extra work after a few days of steady rain.) It also means I don't have to lift heavy, big pots of plants in order to tip out the excess water.

My plants are on a concrete floor in a screened aera and must be repositioned as the sun moves and also moved to warmer sections as the temperature goes below freezing. The wheeled holders allow plants to be rolled easily even for when cleaning the floor.

I bought this for a small house plant in the entryway. It is attractive, but unlike larger plant caddies I have, this one does not have a plastic shield under the plant, so if you accidentally overwater, the water winds up on the floor.

I was desperate to obtain heavy duty plant stands for my large potted cannas. We need to move them around with a tractor. When these arrived from Gardener's Supply, I should have returned one of them, but the gardening season had begun. One of the steel frames needed to be welded together. It is usable and not noticable unless looking closely. These stands serve their purpose.

The plant caddy allows you to move the pot to new spots for cleaning or decorating purposes, but I like it because I can rotate the plant once a week to get even sun which maintains great shape for the plant. Plants get lopsided when one side gets more sun than the other.

I bought this product so that I can easily move my heavy planter around on my porch. This way I can sweep up more efficiently. I can also move the plants in or out of the sun more if I need to. The caddy lifts my pot off the ground for better drainage. The plant caddy is pretty as well as functional. It is well made and practical too. I love it. It looks like it should last a very long time. It would also be a wonderful product for inside the home. It also came with good quality plastic saucer for those who need one.

The Steel Plant Caddy helped me move a large Jade plant from one room to another. The plant now resides in a room providing morning sun and now we can enjoy it in its new location. The caddy transported the plant over carpet, wood floors and throw rugs. I also can picture it being used to move plants from place to place on a patio.
