We initially purchased one set of these plant stands, and liked the look and sturdiness of them so much that we purchased a second set. We used them outdoors for orchids and bromeliads around our pool in Florida. After one Florida rainy season, the stands all rusted through to the point that one leg on each stand corroded all the way through and the bottom of the leg broke off. They looked great initially but should not be considered for outdoor use when climate includes rainy season.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
This looks nice in the sunny bow window of my ski home. Flowers brighten a snowy day.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I have the stands separately placed in our living room near windows. They are not overwhelmingly large, and so attractively display our houseplants in a few tight places.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Currently using this stand infornt of a window for my house plants. It was easy to assemble and seems to be very sturdy.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
The stands look beautiful on my lanai holding 12 orchid plants of many different colors.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
They look great together, but I like that I have the option of using them separately. I use the tallest one by the breakfast room window to show off my 8 shorter plants in 6" pots which, otherwise, would be completely hidden behind my dining table. The middle one work well by the family room window for 4 large plants. The shortest one is currently being used to keep the PC's box and gadgets off the floor. Assembling was easy due to the fact that the parts were very well-made. These plant stands don't take up much space, hold many potted plants, and the legs are so thin that they don't get in the way of mopping the floor. I haven't found anything that I don't like about them yet!
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
This really is a versatile product - you can arrange the stands in many differnt groupings. The product was easy to assemble and is extremely sturdy (unlike other plant stands that I have seen).
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I use this product as a window plant shelf in my den.
It allows humidity from a small humidifier set under the shelf to go through it
It's a perfect combination.
Not so great: I had to buy three shelves as I needed only one.

Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Our window plant display was getting out of hand with every imaginable plant stand. This trio plant stand allows a simple set up yet looks really great. We no longer have the clutter. We will move these from the house to the porch or patio during the warmer months.
Sturdy enough to hold even large plants yet versatile enough to hold several. Simple directions to assemble in no time at all.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
These plant stands are straightforward to assemble and everything you need is included, even the hex wrench. Do pay attention to the orientation of the legs as it's easy to get them flipped around.
Assembled, the stands are sturdy and nice looking. Being powder-coated steel, I would not use them outside as they will quickly rust, based on my experience with similar constructed products (probably the bolts will go first), but they're fine indoors or even on a covered porch.

I will use for my house plants, but I also got this to use for xmas. I am going to put the little houses that light up and other xmas decorations. Can't wait to see how it will turn out. I am very happy with this product. It's exactly what the picture shows.
Thanks,
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I've had a set of these for years. I use them outside on my deck and patio, especially in the summer. We repainted them once, but they hold up well. They are extremely versatile. I move them around depending on the amount of sun/shade my plants need. I like mine so much I am buying a set for a gift.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I've had these for a few years. These were easy to assemble and are decorative, useful and versatile. I move them around as my needs change with the seasons.
Unfortunately, the one I leave outside in the summer started rusting during the second year-we get a ton of rain. It is now too rusty to move back inside, so the level of 'weather resistant' is not what I would hope for in something this expensive.

Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I use these plant stands in front of the largest window in my house to display the plants I brought in from outside this fall. They aren't as big as they appear in the picture so pay attention to the dimensions.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
These stands are able to accommodate about 20 orchids positioned on top of 12 X 28 orchid grow trays that I have centered on each base stand. The stands enable me to have many different kinds of plants in front of a single window with less of a "cluttered" look in the room.
The plant stands are sturdy, well balanced, and easy to assemble. They have clean, simple lines and their style blends in well with the furniture in the room. I was very pleased with the overall quality and versatility of this product for the price paid.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I had house plants on various stands and an antique sewing machine in front of a window. This is so much neater and nothing gets stuck in the back and ignored. It is sturdy and easy to assemble and looks really good.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
This trio of tables is perfect for all seasons. In summer, the tables can move to our patio or porch to support plants or my current reading matter. The tallest has taken up permanent residence in my office - it fits perfectly under the window, looks like expensive indoor furniture, and keeps my plants happy. In winter, any table not holding plants fits neatly beneath one that is.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
great stands for the money - except that I can't assemble them without the hardware that was supposed to come with it. There was only enough for 2 stands and the set is for 3.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Helps me stack more pots on the deck, so I can have more variety.
Heavy enough to sustain a Michigan rain/heavy wind storm.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Surprise even my husband like them! [...] assembled easily (before he got home from work). The plants look great plus I added a basket under to smallest for additional storage.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Lightweight, good looking and sturdy
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Gardener's Supply Company was the only dealer to have a product that was exactly what I was looking for.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Use these on my front porch to hold long planters
at the varying heights. Just what I was looking for and had a difficult time finding them. Glad I made the purchase.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I absolutely love this set of stands. I have placed them on a protected patio with morning sun, and it holds an enormous amount of plants. While I placed it tiered for the summer, I will likely separate it and put it in different windows for the winter. It has an elegant design and is really easy to assemble. I wouldn't just recommend this to a friend, I might buy them one!
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I use these outdoors on my balcony. I found them easy to assemble and attractive. Have only had them for two weeks, so I cannot speak to durability. I will be putting a coat of Rustoleum on them to help with that.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
purchased 2 sets, they will be used in a Church to display Easter lilies, Christmas poinsettia, etc. next to the Altar
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I have this product in my living room. It looks nice with all of my plants on it. I have had them scattered around the room in the past and this looks much nicer. It gives many different types of plants a pulled together look. Only negative to this product is I wish I had bought the trays because a couple of my pots don't sit on the metal bars perfectly.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
The Plant Stand Trio is so versatile. They're not just for holding plants; they're also for decorating.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I can get my plants near window light. I can use the stands together or at different locations. You aren't restricted to the height of the plant since they are in front of each other. We had no problem with the assembly.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I assembled all three benches in about a half hour...very easy. I immediately used them for all the outdoor plants brought in for the winter months. I intend to bring them on the deck during growing season, but I like them indoors so much, I may get another set to keep inside all the time. The plants look very good on these benches.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I've brought all my houseplants in for the winter and finally have a good place to keep them. I'm very happy with the product.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
planning to use the stands for growing herbs in long pots on my patio. Stands will be able to be one in front of the other and keep all the herbs in one spot, easy to pick and will look attractive.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
Previous reviews indicated it was difficult to assemble, but we found it easy to put together. I like that I can use the three levels in my bay window and bring in my herbs for the winter. I also am happy that all my indoor plants can be in one location where they get adequate sun and are easy to monitor. Not sure if I will use this outside, as I bought it primarily for the living area
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
These tables are excellent pieces for storage of plants, and attractive due to their graduated sizes. However, the legs that must be assembled to each stand are completely mismatched - that is, the legs to the appropriate stand are not attached in the shipping. Thus, it took twice as long as it should have to assemble them. Thus, the legs for the smallest stand are taped to the largest stand in the shipping package, requiring the customer to guess as to which legs go with which stand. It should be very simple to deliver the package with numbered or lettered parts, so that it is apparent which legs are to be attached to which stand. This was very aggravating, taking twice as long as it should have to complete assembly. After assemblage, they look as if they will work well.
Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
[...] a messy clean up after assembly. The directions were mostly pictoral.

Comments about Plant Stand Trio:
I was a little disappointed when the tables came unassembled, as I am not very handy, but the diagram was clear. Once I got the hang of the Allen wrench, all three came together quickly - less than an hour.
The tall one is behind the sofa, in front of a three panel slider. The other two are in front of a window. They look great (I have wrought iron curtain rods, they continue the look). I intend to move the plants off the medium one for a holiday party, put a tray on it, and voila!instant little table. Because they are solid but not too heavy, it is easy to be flexible about where they can fit.
