Not only is garlic a delicious culinary staple, it also has many health benefits. These low-effort, organic garlics are perfect for growing in the small garden. We offer three different varieties of garlic. 'Lorz Italian' is an easy-to-grow, easy-to-store "softneck" type of garlic known for its mild flavor and enjoyed by those who eat garlic raw. All-purpose 'Persian Star' is a "hardneck" variety with large, moderately spicy cloves. "Softneck" 'Broadleaf Czech' has a hot, spicy flavor when raw that mellows to mild, full flavor when cooked.

Comments about Organic Garlic:
I was glad to have organic bulbs this year, but quite honestly, I really felt this product was a total rip off. I got suckered into it because it was "organic garlic bulbs," but when I got the package in the mail, I discovered I paid [$] for FOUR garlic bulbs.... I felt like I could have purchased organic garlic bulbs at the grocery store for $5.99 a pound and gotten 10 bulbs for $5.99. Next year, I decided I will look into how to plant garlic from regular bulbs than ever buying them from this site again...unless they lower their prices.
