Comments about Star of Bethlehem, 20 Bulbs:

I bought 2 containers of the Star of Bethlem to use a Christmas gifts. Fortunately, I had them delievered to my house because at no time did they ever look good enough to give as a gift. only about 3/4 of the bulbs bloomed and those that did had a tendency to flop over. They were placed in a sunny window and watered regularly. I was very disappointed. Please remove my name from you contact list.

Comments about Star of Bethlehem, 20 Bulbs:

I gave this product as Christmas gifts. I liked it so much, I bought one for myself! The care is easy-just water and watch it grow! Because they are bulbs, I plan on growing them again next year as well as ordering another fresh one. The container looks like copper and fits in with any decor. Order all you want the first time around as they sell out!

Comments about Star of Bethlehem, 20 Bulbs:

The bulbs did not bloom at the same time and none looked as full as pictured. However, having them bloom in stages is making the gift last much longer and we still get enough at a time (around 5) to make the container look healthy. It is a great addition to our seasonal decorations and fun for a 5-year-old to watch.

I also received an amaryllis as a gift from your company, I am equally disappointed in this product. It has not grown more than an inch since I planted it at the beginning of Dec. I have another amaryllis sitting beside the one from your company that was received at the same time and it has a couple of beautiful red blooms on it now.

Very disappointment with the flowers. Picture in catalogue was wonderful and very inviting. But not only mine but friend I had you send same flower to said the bulbs came up and the flowers just developed VERY long stems and then dropped over to side where pictures shows a nice clump of flowers. We both read your instructions and followed them as stated.

Comments about Star of Bethlehem, 20 Bulbs:

This appeared to be a high value for the inexpensive cost. Instead, I got my money's worth. When I saw it at my sister's house, 16 of the bulbs had come up, but were very spindly and limp, with single blooms instead of as pictured. She is experienced with plants, so I don't believe it was a case of over-watering or poor light. The size of the container was perfect, but the bulbs will need a lot of love before robust future blooming as whatever they are.

This arrived three weeks before christmas week and has taken on the very image of advertised picture. I think I over-watered to begin and then just had to lift out plastic insert and drain. It is quietly spectacular on my kitchen window sill facing west. Great item. If you have them next year, I think most of my family will be getting one.

The flowers are flopping over, only some of them are blooming, there are huge spaces between each flower (notice there is not this in the picture). Ugh, such a waste of money...
