It is too early to comment on its effectiveness, but I am glad that I bought it and I am considering ordering more. It is probably much better than my overall rating. Since I have had it for only a few weeks, I do not wish to over-rate its effectiveness.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
We have a lot of deer where I live and they seem to eat anything! I have put these on my cherry trees, blueberry bushes and my peach tree and so far they haven't touched any of them. Not the case last year....maybe I'll get to taste some of the fruit this year instead of the deer getting it all!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Followed directions; deer had a feast
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
It's easy to use and works effectively to keep deer away. I wish I knew about the product earlier, as I have tried many other products without success.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Deer are a problem so need something to deter them from camping in my yard.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
*I have used it for several years and am well satisfied with the results
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I hang these pouches near my tulips in the spring and then lilies later on. Now I get to enjoy them both.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have used these for 2 years and they realy do help keep those nasty deer away from my fruit trees
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
These pouches kept the deer out of my back yard landscaping. It works great.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have used this product for a couple of years now to keep deer and rabbits from feeding on my "prize" plants and it really works! Even better, its effectiveness lasts all season.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have seen evidence of deer near the roses and Mapels that the deer usually eat, they did not touch them with this product hung on their branches!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
This product seems to be effective in repelling deer provided you use enough of them. They recommend placing one every two feet. It appears that may be stretchable to 3 feet. In other words, Bambi et al nibbled on the middle of my green bean row about that far from the Deer No No at each end. However, given the size of my garden, the cost would be prohibitive to place that many of them. I have filled the gap with homemade bags of strong smelling soap. So far so good.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Received as a gift after my complaints of deer destruction to plants. Purchased it again for a second summer season.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
This is the first product that I have found that protects our flowers from the many deer that we have. I am even able to have a hybiscus tree without having to wrap it in bird netting. Easy to use, I just tie one or two to the branches and I am finished.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Almost lost my new fruit trees last year until I used thes pouches. Now they look great
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Great for keeping deer away, but the rabbits seem to like eating them.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Easy to apply.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Hung these every where and I still see the deer there every day.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I decided to try the Deer No-No Pouches this year to protect my tulips from the neighborhood deer, and so far they seem to be working. The tulip foilage is about 6 inches high and so far the deer haven't chewed them to the ground. Very easy to apply, and they smell like citronella.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
What I liked is that you tie it to a branch and you are done. So far I have not noticed any nibbling and our side yard smells so good because of all the orange blossoms. Could be a bumper crop this year now that we have the deer repellent. I love everything I get from Gardener's Supply!!

Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I did not think this product would work, but much to my suprise it really works and is easy to use.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
The deer just pushed these aside and continued to eat my rhododendron.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I don't know how effective this product really is because as soon as I hung them up, the squirrels tore them down and ran off with them! Think I'll go back to Irish Spring!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
If you do not get this on your trees and bushes before the deer start eating or rutting against them, it is too late. Apply early fall for winter protection...or late winter for spring/summer protection.
I live in a wooded area with heavy deer population, I know where of I speak on this issue...to the tune of hundreds of dollars in tree damage until I started using this.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
We live in western Washington state and only have a few deer in our yard, not large herds. For the first time we hung these pouches on our apple trees and in our vegetable garden. The deer have not touched those plants since we put the pouches out. I will definitely buy more next year!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
wish we would have found this before the deer ate half of our garden buffet! Haven't been back since we hung them--guess it spoiled their appetite!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
this is one of the best products I have used to keep deer away from trees that they would normally chew on and destroy.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
This is the second year that I have used Deer No No pouches and they work really well. There are 4 deer that roam within a 2-4 mile radius of our home. Before I used the pouches I could count on having my 12 rose bushes ruined. After I started using Deer No No they just leave them alone. They do not smell bad to humans (in my opinion) and rain does not affect them. If you have a large bush you should use 2 pouches. Your just tie them on the bush at the deer's nose level. They will easily last two years, making them a really good buy and a good and safe repellent for deer.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have appreciated the No Deer as well as the other products. Thanks.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Product seems to be working in an area over populated with deer. We placed the bags about 3 feet apart on the fence. The bags have been in place about 4 months and appear to be still effective.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I hvae a small orchard and have had to start over many times due to the deer either because they eat all new growth or from cleaning the velvet of their antlers. Since I've placed the pouches things are looking great. Lots of new growth.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I live in a subdivision where deer frequently make the rounds. Last year my lovely bags of impatiens were eaten in spite of the spray on repellent purchased at a local garden store. I hoped the hanging repellents would work. I will give them one star for their pleasant odor and ease of use. However, I was quite sad when I went out the other morning and found my flowers had again been nighttime deer snacks, in spite of the hanging bags which were right under their noses.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have been using this product for over 6 years in an area that is heavily populated with deer. I live in suburban/rural Westchester County, New York where there is no management of the animal population (which I support--no management). There are deer in my wooded yard every night and they never touch my gardens (vegetable and herb)due to the fact that we have ringed our gardens with these pouches. When my neighbors stop to ask why deer don't eat our plants, it gives me a chance to educate them about nontoxic ways to keep gardens safe from the "munchers". I just leave the pouches up year after year until the product disintigrates, so I think the deer just get the idea through the years that this place smells bad--and they stay away generation after generation. I DO recommend hanging fresh pouches every year, and, for the neighbor's sake, you can remove the empty ones. Thank you for a very effective product.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
While I am superstitious about writing a review in case the deer once again choose to prove me wrong, it appears that this product is working well hanging on a five foot fence to protect my small rose garden. We have used other products that have smelled offensive and have worn off. So far, so good, and I am a believer. I learned of this product from a local landscaper that has had success. With his endorsement[...]The deer managed to munch my Margaret Merrill rose, but the others appear to be spared for now!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Immediately upon receiving the "Deer Bags" I hung two in the front yard...one directly above a seasonal color hanging basket and another on a low hanging tree limb close to our bird feeder. We haven't seen any deer in our yard since... but they could now be heading up into the high country in our Oregon mountains.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
My unfenced 1/2 acre fruit orchard attracts the neighborhood deer who also enjoy grazing from my raised bed vegetable gardens. I'm using (8) 3-panel red bean trellis' to act as barriers & have this product tied onto them. My peas are currently 2' tall with no signs of nibbling!! The product odor is strong & smells a bit like Irish Spring soap.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I love the ease of the use of this deer product and the best part is it really works.
I am going to reorder , I love it.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Product seems to work but was much smaller than I thought from picture. Even if dimensions are given, picture should not mislead.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
As soon as my bushes are high enough I will hang one or two of these around my area of garden.

My teenage deer hasn't eaten anything around them. Not eco-friendly. I have a creek running through my backyard.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Have had problems with the deer and the ever greens untill I found Deer No NO. The deer still come into the yard but do not touch the trees. Tied one on the apple tree this year and so far so good. Thank YOU.

Just hang it and forget it!

Deer no no has protected both my young day lilies and even my bird feeder from marauding deer. They are all around but leave the protected area alone.

Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Hung these babies out there per directions and then watched the deer come up and EAT THEM! They patiently ripped open the little nets and proceeded to gobble them down without even flinching. Either we have REALLY HUNGRY deer around here or these things are bogus. I mean, REALLY.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Other animals liked it, ate up everything in the bag, breaking branches off the tree and shrubs to get to it.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
This is the easiest, most effective deer repellent on the market, I have tried them all.
It was difficult to find on the internet but worth the search. Hang these and no worries about losing your valuable landscaping. They even worked to keep deer from cleaning out my birdfeeders in the winter!!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
this product has kept the deer away from all of our flowers. We purchase 2 buckets every spring and have for years. It works perfectly for us.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Thought that this product would finally help deter the deer in our yard but they seem to love the smell because they continue to nibble at the yews and other follage and the bird feeders are always empty. HELP P.S. Like the idea because the spray that does work is soooo messy/smelly.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I used these on my Asian pear trees. The Deer like to eat the flower buds in the spring and the ripening fruit in the fall. The pleasant smelling hangers did not deter the deer from eating the buds in the spring, so I hung more bars on the trees as the fruit matured. They did not work at all. The deer ate the fruit that was right next to the bags.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Deer migrate through the area each fall and stop to nibble. Even in the snow, the deer tracks do not go near my shrubs and small trees that have these puches on them.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I love it No bad smell and so far no one has come to munch.

Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
My dogs have chewed up all 16 of the Deer repelant pouches - what a waste of money. It would be cheaper and more effective to take Irish Spring soap pieces and hang throughout my garden. The directions state to hang every two feet low to the ground. If you have a large area to protect - you can't aford to do it with this product. I want my money back.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have used this product for several years now and have found it to be very effective. I also like the fact that it is safe to pets and children but I have found it to be too pricey esp. if you are using it on a large area.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Hung this around my lillies in NY. We are deer infested. I had lilly blooms for the first time since planting 3 years ago. I am now using it around our SC home to keep the deer from the apple trees and Mexican petunias.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
We live on a natural right of way for deer and in the 6 years we have used deer no-no's we have had no damage on evergreen, deciduous trees or large bushes.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
The ONLY thing that works for deer
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Since I started putting Deer No No packets on my bushes, they are growing back and looking good again. My arborvitae bushes no longer look like Barbie Dolls, I am able to shape them correctly now.

Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
After reading the reviews of the Deer No No sachets, I took the plunge with high hopes. Although deer are rampant in my suburban neighborhood, they had not done severe damage at my house this Spring and early Summer. My silly mid-sized dogs do not seem to take an interest in deer when we see them in broad daylight (thus do not charge at them), but I credited the deer's resistance of our property with the scent of the dogs. Knowing that we had a week-long trip planned and both dogs and people would be absent, I was interested in protecting my plants when there would be no fresh dog scent. I placed Deer No Nos on Burning Bushes where I'd done hard pruning and wanted to insure the new growth would survive; on Japanese Hollies similarly pruned; and throughout my newly replanted rose garden. When we left my new roses were in flower and fresh new growth covered my shrubs. Sadly, when we returned one week later, all flowers, buds, and new growth on my roses had been eaten as well as much of the new growth on the Burning Bushes. Interestingly, the Deer No Nos tied to the Japanese Hollies were completely gone without a trace, presumably stolen since I doubt the deer untied them and took them to their forest home. Those shrubs are in front of our house, visible from the street, while the other plants are confined to the fenced back yard and are relatively out of sight. Someone must have wanted to try the product without paying for it!
To my great surprise, I discovered that a couple of the No No mesh pouches tied to the Burning Bushes had been bitten! Apparently the deer tried chewing them! The soap-like bars are mangled and misshapen, though not missing like the ones in front of the house.
In conclusion, this product is unobtrusive if tied to plants and its scent is noticeable, but not unpleasant. It is neat, tidy, and easy to apply. However, while I might possibly try the Deer No No again to see if I have better "luck" I could not tell a friend or neighbor to try this product because I have yet to have any success or benefit from it.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
We have had an on-going battle for years with the deer who are eating my wife's roses. I purchased this product in hopes---. It worked great for 5 days. New buds were coming out and new leaves and flowers appeared - then "Decimation City"! All was lost. This product is absolutely worthless and a total waste of your (and my) money. I could have gotten as good a results by placing a neon sign pointing to the roses saying "restaurant open, enjoy your meal". I was very disappointed, so don't believe everything you read about the effectiveness of this product.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
The product works. One of my biggest problems each summer is the deer eating my many pots of impatiens that I place around my shaded swing area. I purchased inexpensive small green metal plant stakes to hang the Deer No No from and I push a stake down into one pot in each grouping of about four pots. The product comes in little green mesh bags which blend right into the plant foliage. So far no deer and beautiful flowers.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Deer were eating up new hydrangeas we planted at our mt. home. Last time we were there, the bushes were still undisturbed after a month of using your product.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Since I have hung these around my yard, I have not seen a deer or seen more deer damage. It's been about a month and it's working so far.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I was suspicious at first of the claims on these Deer No Nos. I thought I would try them anyway, since I was at my wit's end with the deer in my yard eating my shrubs and trees. I have tried everything imaginable, both store-bought and homemade, and nothing has kept the deer from my plantings. I tried cayenne pepper, liquid fence, foul smelling deterrents, scarecrows made from work shirts, chemicals, organics repellents, coyote urine, and anything else that was suggested to me. Nothing kept the deer away. I bought these Deer No No pouches hoping for the best but expecting the worst. I tied them to my trees that had the entire bottom tier of leaves eaten off. I tied them to my yews which were almost bare of needles and near death. I tied them to my hostas which were eaten down to the nubs. I noticed a difference immediately. First, the scent of these Deer No Nos is apparently displeasing to deer but is surprisingly delightful to people. They smell kind of citrusy and soapy. The deer stopped eating my plantings right away. Within weeks I had new growth all over. My yews look better than when I first planted them. My hostas have grown large, lush leaves and are now flowering. My ornamental crab trees are growing new, delicate leaves on their bottom tiers. It has been a few months since I put the Deer No Nos up and the deer still stay away. I don't notice the scent unless I am right on top of them and even then it is not a bad scent. I hope they last as long as they are advertised to last but I cannot comment on that as I have not had them long enough to find out. I am quite pleased with these Deer No Nos and have strongly recommended them to friends and neighbors. Once they are tied onto the plantings you really don't notice them as the green mesh bags really blend in. I could see them right away on the bare branches but not now that actual leaves have grown in, something that was NOT happening without the Deer No Nos. The only bad thing I can say about them is the price. They are a bit costly, but they do work. To me, they are worth the price, even if they don't last an entire year. I recommend them to people like me who have tried everything else and everything else has failed. Deer No Nos work.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I had a horrible deer problem this year. A friend give me this. It worked so well that I bought more. They blend right in. but most of all they work. No nibbling from the deer within 10 feet of these. Will stock up on this product next spring.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I put these on a few of my trees and I am actually getting flowers / buds this year. I then bought some more, so I could put around other areas and my hostas and I am so pleased - my yard looks great this year.
Sorry deer, I'll feed you other things, just not my beautiful plants.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
was excited to try this after reading other reviews,we put this on our fruit trees & other small trees,it did not stop the deer, they ate the small tender leaves
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I purchased deer no no a few months ago for my huge deer population and have been thrilled with the results. I have recently started having groundhog problems and I put a few deer no no next to things that the groundhog likes and have noticed that the plants have not been touched again. I LOVE this product!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
So far, these seem to be keeping deer away from the landscaping trees. I hung them at deer height on magnolias, cherries, dogwoods, etc. I even watched from my window as deer approached the trees then backed away when they smelled the Deer No No. Has worked so far in Spring and Summer, but Winter will be the true test when the deer are starving.

Not quite sure of effectiveness
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have had many years of deer eating my plants. (caladiums & impatiens) I have several small gardens by my driveway. The deer and rabbits have always had a marvelous midnight snack with them. But this year I put up the deer no no and so far everything I planted is still looking beautiful! It was easy to put up. I just hung it on a couple of hooks attached into the wooden wall surrounding my garden.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Too bad it doesn't keep the bunnies away, too!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Usually have problems with deer eating our hostas. I normally have to use one of those smelly sprays. I hung these pouches up on stakes over our hostas three weeks ago, and haven't had a single nibble, even tho the deer are active. Looks like it works!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
We have used deer no-nos for the past few years and recommend them to anyone with deer intruders. Strategically place them to keep deer from eating your plants. We have also tag-teamed with neighbors to protect a larger area.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
The stuff really does work with deer. Unfortunately it only lasted one day because the racoons ate it. You need to add a racoon repellant.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I live in a wooded area and have thousands of day lilies and hundreds of hostas which the deer just love. I bought this product to see if it deterred the deer. It works great.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
We moved into a new golf course community, and had landscaped our new home last summer. The deer ate the roses, bulbine, begonias, pittosporum, and even the holly bushes. We put out 12 of the no no packs, and the roses are blooming within 2 weeks and the bulbine is blooming and has grown nearly 6 inches. We're ordering another dozen, and hope they last as advertised and commented on by many others. The deer had eaten hundreds of dollars our new landscape even though we used several of the sprays, human hair etc. This seems to be the answer :)
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Great product! Deer still come nightly to my yard, but now they snack on things other than my mulberry trees!
Very wildlife and environmentally friendly!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Deer were dining on my newly planted trees and bushes. I purchased these a year ago and they worked so well, I purchased them again this spring. Great product.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Thanks to Deer No No , our gardens have been free of Deer and Rabbits for many years. Our flower and evergreens are the talk of the neighborhood. They can't belive are hanging " No No "s We have blooms galore.
Come see! The Korbs
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have been at my witts end with deer and rabbits eating everything. Saw these "no no" bags and decided to give them a try, too. So far my lilacs have not been eaten this spring and are actually having a chance to grow! I have hung these right on the lillac bushes without any ill effects and no deer have even nibbled. If I can just get them through one growing season without being decimated they will then be too big for the rabbits to chew. Here's hoping that the "no no's" continue to do the trick!

Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I AM HOPEING THESE PRODUCTS DO THE TRICK I HAVE LOST SO MUCH TO THE DEER AND THE GROUNDHOGS. I DONT GET ANGRY AT THEM, THEY DO HAVE TO EAT AND IF YOU LAY A BUFFET BEFORE THEM THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE. I JUST WANT MY FLOWERS AND PLANTS TO LAST UNTOUCHED BY THE WILDLIFE, AT LEAST UNTIL THE FALL.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
These are great! I tie them to stem supports near delicate plants or to sturdy branches that would otherwise get munched on by deer, and the deer stay away. I've been using deer no no for several years now, and have recommended it to friends and family. It is important to place near the plants you want protected - it will not work as a "fence" with unprotected blooms at the center.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
It is very easy to use and have not seen any evidence of deer eating the trees it has been attached to.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I tied deer no-no to my blueberries. For the first time the net fence and the deer no-no not only kept the deer at bay, but also the birds. The blueberry pies were delicious. Thanks. Darleen Carter in Tennessee.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Roving herds of deer are the bane of my gardening existence. This product has made a huge difference. I am ordering more.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I was having a lot of problems with deer in late winter and early spring. I remembered buying these some time in the past for my sister. Sure enough you have them, and they work great. Now I can enjoy my lilies though the tulips are not so pretty. Maybe next year.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Have used this for two seasons and it seems to be working fine. We are bordering woodlands and the deer seem to be finding other paths, not through our yard....
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Very pleasant odor.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
These pouches have worked fairly well in previous year, but two mornings after I put twelve around my garden there were five deer in my garden. The
motion alarm I added has worked well since I added it to my arsenal. I hope it keeps the raccoon that eats my corn every year out. I'm leaving the pouches up, too.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Easy to use, don't know results yet.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
So far they seem to be working. I was watching the deer in my yard last week and they walked by the plants that had deer no no tied to them and moved onto other plants that weren't protected. MUCH BETTER then the garlic clips which were a huge disappointment to me. In fact I will be getting more of these.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I put these on several small trees except one. The deer didn't touch the trees with Deer No No but the one without it they chewed to pieces. I've tried many other products, sprays, coyote urine, etc., nothing worked. I swear by these.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
These deer repellant pouches are extremely effective and easy to use. Just hang in the tree and leave all season. No need to re-apply after rain, etc. Great for newly planted as well as established trees and shrubs. Helps deter deer from eating spring flowering bulbs planted under trees also.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I have used the deer pouches for 5 to 7 years. I live in a wooded subdivision with way too many deer.Deer will eat almost anything if it becomes too dry etc. I know that the product is effective, although not perfect. My neighbors who have not used the pouches, have had a lot more deer damage than I have had.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I live on the edge of a 500 acre public woodland and the deer just love my garden to death every year. I also live in a rainy area and I've tired almost everything made to keep deer away - this year I thought I would try Deer No No. So far so good - for the first time in a decade my tulips have made it to the blooming stage. Time will tell if the success lasts, but so far I am thrilled. Not only was deer no no easy to install, the effectiveness lasts during a rain storm and beyond!
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I hang these near my tulips, in fruit trees, any place I don't want deer nibbling. I moved to KY from Florida 2 years ago. We planted some fruit trees and went out one day and the deer had devoured them. I researched on the net & found your product. It works. I have re-ordered and told my family in WV to get it. As a matter of fact, I mailed one to my sister so she could try it.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Just started using Deer No No and was immediately impressed. I only had enough little bags to put on 3 of my 11 new redwood trees, the ones the deer had been stripping of bark and limbs. The deer immediately left those trees alone, and moved to neighboring ones. So I ordered more Deer No No, hanging it in every tree, and I haven't had any more damage to date. And I enjoy the aroma of the product when I'm out there!
The only down side I've experienced is that I didn't realize I would need more than one bag per tree, so my initial order was too small.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I tie these scented bags on all my rhodies, azaleas, and cottonwood tree starts and the deer migrate to the berry bushes and grasses.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I placed the bags on metal garden stakes above my hosta plants and for the first time in years the deer never touched them. I have tried every other deer deterrent I have seen advertised and nothing has worked as well and been as easy to use.
Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
I hang these in all the trees and shrubs that I think the deer will browse. They are very quick and easy to hang, I like the scent and they last a full year. Just hope that you don't have a raccoon visit your garden who develops a taste for Deer Pouches as was the case when I lived in NJ - there he ate all of them. Here in MA I seem to have better luck and while they don't stop the deer entirely I think they are definitely a deterrent, although not cheap. But then neither are trees and shrubs.

Comments about Deer No No, 6 Pouches:
Quick and easy to use. I have used other deer repellants and they just don’t keep the deer away. This product does.

Fortunately most of my garden is safely contained behind iron fencing and gates. However, there are two areas open to roaming deer with large plantings of roses, yews and hydrangeas. This spring, the deer roaming our neighborhood discovered these gardens and nibbled at will. I tried hanging soap (not the prettiest sight) and spraying with Liquid Fence. Nothing deterred these visitors until I ordered Deer No No and hung the bags throughout the open areas. Since that time, no sign of the deer. I have ordered several extra boxes and given them away as gifts. The product really works. The best part is that the shrubbery has recovered and is blooming well.

I hang these on the netting surrounding our vegetable garden and no longer see signs of deer having pushed against or pushed down the netting.

To date the most effective product for deterring deer. Subtle package that people won't notice hanging on a tree/shrub. Only downside is that it's pricey & you need to hang one every couple of feet..

We are away from our mountain home for 6 months during the winter, so our dog is not here to chase the deer. I have used these for two years now, and they have worked perfectly. There is no sign of deer in the yard and the plants are all perfect upon our return. The pouches last a full year.

This spring, I discovered that deer had invaded the parts of the garden that were unfenced and were dining on roses (I have over 250 bushes) and other green offerings (yews were among their favorites). I joined my neighbors in hanging bars of soap from alternate shrubs but to little effect. Plus, they were unsightly. Once I had hung your wonderful no-no deer repellent sacs on exposed shrubs throughout the garden, the deer never reappeared. The yews have recoverd beautifully and the roses bloomed but on much shorter canes. The deer still roam the neighborhood but avoid our property. I have given boxes of this product to neighbors and they, too have been able to save some of their most prized shrubs.

Maybe I did something wrong this year. I just hung them up when I received them. Deer stayed away for awhile and then they came and ate hosta, lilies, astilbes and impatients.

Placed close to young trees & they ate every one of them

Just put it in the area to protect and leave. It really works.

My arborvite were taking a hit from the neighborhood deer. With the difficult winter they became the snack of choice. Not now. I have hung these inside the bushes and new growth is taking over. I will keep these active through the winter. And they do not smell bad. What a deal.

Hung the Deer No No pouches from my shepherd's hooks and rose trellis. Deer came down to eat, smelled the pouches and went away. I needed the pouches for the day time as I cover the hanging pots with a frost cloth at night. The scent stays strong, even after it rains.

This is one of a number of deer deterrents I am using. The bottom line is I have no deer damage. Does this mean it is working or ?? Anyway I would certainly use this again next year.

Deer just seem to ignore them and keep on coming.

Last year the deer ate most of my hostas, but with the deer pouches the deer are staying away. Yippee! So far so good...

so easy~just hang and forget. Also the scent was not noticeable. The deer have left my peach tree and my hostas alone.

I tied these to bushes where the deer tend to eat them. The deer were seen eating on the branch next to this item. It really doesn't work

I had my yard completely completely done over last year and got rid of my lawn and went to an eco-friendly yard. Lots of new trees and shrubs went in and I used the Deer No-No pouches on all of them. I know they work because the plantings went in a bit earlier than scheduled and the pouches hadn't arrived yet and the deer starting muching. The pouches arrived within a few days and, once I got them on the plants, there was no more browsing. Between these and the Garlic Clips, I really CAN plant anything I want! (ok, I'm not going to push it and plant tulips!)

The only con is that something else is stealing them off the stakes. Have to tie them on tight.
The deer have not eaten anything I've put them around! I like that it lasts a year.

the deer are abundant in my garden. My red bud saplings were being devowered by the deer until I attached a few of the pouches on the branches. They last a long time and were worth the price.

'my' lady mule deer continues to munch the rose bushes - we finally put up a fence around each rose bush. these bushes bloom once a year, we will remove the fence when they are finished blooming.

Used the products around the garden worked well

I have used this product for years and have found it to be 100% effective. The deer no longer munch on my Hostas or other "deer-friendly" plants.

I like the idea of deer away -just too many environmantal down sides!

I placed this product according to the instructions and have had deer come right up next to a pouch and start to nibble away at the shrubs.
