A marvelous gift that bloomed in succession. When the amaryllis bloomed, it was too heavy and pulled the basket over, requiring replanting in a different container.

I got this as a holiday gift for my mother-in-law. She loves bulb flowers as gifts as she can plant them in the garden after she has them bloom in their container. The set arrived with the tulips just starting to peek through the moss cover the week before Christmas. I was just visiting again last week and the amaryliss was still blooming. She couldn't say enough about it!

Given as gift and just finding out that plants all bloomed at different times. So it never looked like the picture in the book. Star of Bethlehem was very flimsy and leggy.

I bought this as a gift for my mother because she wanted star of bethlehem flowers and thought this would be a nice grouping of flowers. Unfortunately this looks nothing like what was advertised. The star of bethlehem did come up and bloom first. Then as the star of bethlehem was wilting the tulips came up and bloomed. As they were petering out the Hyacinths started blooming. I can see the bud for the Amarylis starting to come up. I haven't yet received any blooms from the daffodils and in fact they are starting to get a brownness to the tips of their leaves so I don't know if I'll ever see a daffodil. I just assumed it would look similar to the picture, but it looks nothing like the picture. And the dead and withering older bulbs make the whole thing look sad. And no, nothing was blooming by Christmas day. Pretty pricey for what I received although my mother did enjoy the star of bethlehem while they lasted.

Several years ago I received one of your pre-planted baskets from a friend for Christmas. It was lovely and when I ordered this planting I expected the same quality. What I received is not performing at all. The amaryllis is not an inch high (and is normally the first to emerge). No hyacinths as yet, one tulip blooming, stars fading and all in all a complete flop.
