Suitable for the largest tomato plant....
Will support any size crop from the smallest to the largest (we all hope for the largest). Very well built, will last many seasons.
As a senior citizen who refuses to give up gardening I am always looking for easier ways to grow more vegetables. Just bought my 3rd tomato cage. With the longer pins they survived strong coastal winds all last summer & the plants seemed to produce longer. Great product
Winds off Seneca Lake wreak havoc on tomato plants in summer. These cages finally allowed me to have plants that are off the ground and grow more fruit.
a friend gave me one of these this spring. I wish I had had 6 more instead of the old round supports which topple with heavy fruit laden plants.
I bought 4 tomato cages at the beginning of the gardening season. They worked great. The cages were easy to set up and supported the vines. The tomatoes did not become buggy.
I used these cages alongside the traditional "cone-shaped" tomato cages. The square shape was much more sturdy and stable over the entire summer (despite winds up to 40 mph).
My first tomato plant was grown on a narrower support but the plant ended up needing lots of extra support. These cages provided a wider support and were sufficient to get the plants through the season.
So sturdy that I didn't have to pick up the cage and reset it in the ground as I always did with the cone variety.
I bought these tomato cages for myself in May and liked them so well that I gave my brother-in-law eight for his birthday. They are sturdy, nice looking in the garden, and store easily.
The tomato cages support your growing tomato plant and you can easily store after the season is over.
I have used the same cages for over 10 years and altho they do show a bit of rust on the bottom, they still work great. I just bought a few more to update my collection!
Great tomato cages that are very sturdy
Was happily surprised at the strength of the cages. No flimsiness. I live in a part of the country that has 2 growing seasons. The cages are doing a beautiful job of holding up a plant that will purportedly produce tomatoes weighing up to 6 pounds each.
I am confident the cages can support that size fruit. Love the fact that the cages fold for storage.
Good product.
This is a repeat purchase as I usually try something first before going more into it. I've found this is definitely a plus up here by the Canadian border in MN where the north wind blows and will be getting more. They're definitely easier for me to store than the circular cages. The only con I found to the cages is that they don't set themselves out in the spring and put themselves away in the fall.
I'm using the tomato cage in a self-watering rolling planter, and it's a perfect fit and working beautifully to hold up several tall tomato plants.
I don't grow tomatoes but I do grow dahlias. I live about 20 miles away from the dahlia capital of Oregon (Canby OR)and am a serious dahlia addict. I currently have about 50 dahlias planted in my small yard in Portland OR. Dahlia bushes are quite dense and the flowers can be huge (12" across). When it rains in the summer/early fall (as it frequently does here in NW Oregon), the bushes can get so heavy they fall over, breaking the stems and ruining the chance for beautiful flowers that year. The tomato cages are sturdy and if placed over the dahlias when they are 2-3 ft tall keep them nicely contained and upright during the entire season.
I've used these for years. I store them folded up outside during the winter, and they're still working great! If you're tight on space, they help your tomatos grow vertically so you can put them closer together. I stack two cages on top of one another rather than use the tomato towers - I think it's more cost-efficient that way.
I find that it works the best if I put a tall stake in the middle of the cage by the tomato stalk. I use velcro ties to tie the main stalk to the stake and let the cage support the leaves & tomatos. I get bumper crops every year!
I will be using this product to string twine between as asupport across my patch of Bee Balm plants. These plants get tall and in a pounding rain get knocked down. The tomato cages will be the outer corner supports to add stability to the system.
I like the way these cages assemble and how well they contain the plants. They are the easiest to use and seem to be very strong.
I like the compact size and easy to set up.
easy to harvest tomatoes. supports plant well cage slips easily into ground
Cages built well. Hold plants and fruit for easy harvesting and plant trimming. Much better than the cone shaped cages at local hardware store.
Used for tomatoes and cucumbers and the tall ones for green beans
OFF SEASON STORAGE WAS A HUGE PLUS, AS THE PRODUCT CAN BE STORED FLAT AND NEARLY ANYWHERE. PRODUCT WAS A LITTLE PRICEY BUT TIME WILL TELL IF IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA COST.
Product is very strong compared to others and holds up my tomato plants well
These cages are easy to push evenly into the soil
and do not tip over when the plants grow tall and become heavy with tomato clusters.
I bought these cages for use new spring because we have had very large tomatoes this year and the cages we currently are using aren't nearly big, or sturdy, enough. These cages look great and will give the needed support for large plants.
These cages are easy to put up after you plant your tomatoes. It is very easy to reach in in pick the fruit. But watch out for sharp edges.
I bought two of these to try, loved them so much I ordered three more. They keep the tomato plant upright, healthy, and easy to pick.

The tomato cages are quite strong and at the end of the season, the tomatoes are still standing instead to falling over like they did with our old tomato cages. We also use them for our green peppers, as they can grow quite tall and become heavy with all the green peppers growing.
Also, please do not sell our name and address to anybody. Thank you
Much more stable and strong; held mature tomato plants upright all season long. The lighter weight ones I'd used for years frequently had to be stabalized to minimize rendency to tip under weight of the mature planrs.
Also these cages fold flat for storage, taking up less room, and being free of any tendency to get bent or misshaped during winter storage.
I purchased tomato cages into season to replace flimsy round discount store ones.... My only complaint is the deer still found their way thru to eat the fruit!!
easy to use with large, well established tomato plants
It really supports the tomato plant and getting the tomatoes is easy.
It looks good without covering the plants, yet gives good support and protection.
I USE THESE CAGES FOR TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS & BEANS, ANYTHING THAT GROWS ON A VINE. I LIKE THEM BECAUSE THEY STACK IN HEIGHT. AS SOON AS THE PLANT REACHES THE TOP, I ADD ANOTHER CAGE. NORMALLY USE 2 CAGES PER PLANT. EASY TO FOLD UP & STORE OVER THE WINTER. NEVER RUST. FABULOUS PRODUCT. COULDN'T GROW VEGGIES WITHOUT IT.
What I like best about the tomato cages are that they hold up heavy plants year after year. In addition they fold flat for easy storage during the off-season.
I love this product. It delivers just what it says. Openings are much larger than regular cages and they're easy to set up and store.
This product is wonderful and we ended up buying a bunch more. They make tomato gardening easy and effortless, and course we can use them for other plants as well. And they easily fold flat for winter storage. Just bummed I didn't know about them or buy them sooner as I have spent years trying to rig my own!
I love my tomato cages. I just purchased more on sale and they are now keeping my soybeans upright!
They are useful for many plants.
One problem I did have is one of the new cages has rust on the top. I haven't contacted customer service about it yet, but I plan on sending it back.
Have more uses than just tomatoes. I use them to contain my black berry plants.
easy use & easy store
I use them for tomatoes. No staking necessary. Sometimes when I lean over them I get my hair caight on the sharp edges or sratched. They rusted but we still use them.

Super cages! Just remember to tie them together with zip ties if your going to stack them. Use xtra long ground staples to secure the base and your good to grow!!
I ordered 2 sets of the tomato cages - 8 in total. They are easy to set up in the garden and the tomato boxes. They are holding up all the tomatoes well and make for easier picking. The boxes that they arrived in were very heavy, but that is to be expected since they are heavy cages.
Excellent! I like the sturdy feature of these "cages". I also like the fold up feature for easier storing. Great product!
The cages are made well and should last a few years. Need to be careful with ends-I scratched my arms a few times unfolding and placing the items. keep away from young children
I have used a variety of tomato cages but always go back to these. They are large enough to contain the plant, I stack another one on top for tall plants and they fold for storage. I started out with 4, I now have 40. Excellent product.
I've used many different tomato cages in my 40 plus years of gardening and these are the most convenient to use and store of anything I ever used. LOVE EM!
I prefer container gardening at my age. I grow tomatoes, annuals, roses,& herbs. In this particular instance the cages served me well. My roma tomato plant produced many tomatoes and was very securely contained in a rather large pot. I also used the cages to secure a large taragon plant. It allows for air to circulate through the plant and harvesting is easy. I will be purchasing more of them.
I used these with container gardens (large pots) and they work great! They keep the plants upright which helps to keep them healthy.
These tomato cages were easy to set up and arrived just in time! The plants are thriving beautifully as they are being supported, with the fruit well off the ground and easy to reach through the cages when ready to harvest. Now my garden looks very neat and well groomed with the cages around each plant. After the season, they will be easy to collapse and store in the shed until next spring. They worked so well and my tomatoes did great this year! I will definitely need more next year!
I use this product in my small outdoor garden.
It is just the right size for the garden, and it adequately supports the tomatoe plants.
I have a small area I'm using to grow tomatoes, but either a small area, or a larger one, this product would be great, and offers the support needed for tomatoe plants, especially the beefeater variety.
I used these cages for tomatoes as well as other vegetables. They are easy to use, and it is easy to get to the produce. I wish they were made of a better material, but i understand that this is a cost savings.
These cages have more room than the round ones. Now if only the storms hadn't damaged the plants. Hm-m-m-m-m!!
I'd definitely recommend these, not just for tomato plants, but other bush-type vegetables.
I love these cages! The legs go into the ground easily, but they aren't easily blown over. For tall tomatoes, I put one on top of another. I do put in a sturdy pole when I do this, since I had one blow over in a thunderstorm.
I use them for pepper plants too.
In the fall, they fold easily and hang from hooks in the shed.
I bought three more sets this year, one for me and two to give at Christmas.
I will use this product to support and protect my tomato plants in the garden. I already had them set up with other cages this year. Your product looks like it will do a superior job
Very sturdy and easy to store.
I bought these supports expecting that my tomatoe plants would thrive given the opportunity to climb and expose themselves to more sunlight. I truly underestimated the benefits of these supports, but I wish they were about a foot taller.
These cages were easy to erect (no assembly!), are sturdy enough to do the job well, and they fold easily for flat storage.
Have many of these cages and just ordered more; use for determinate tomatoes and peppers (I grow heirloom ones from seeds each year). They fold nicely but also rust quite a bit and need lubricating and sanding each spring before opening correctly and being used.
These cages are great for holding the tomato plants up and I am also using them for the cucumber and zucchini plant to keep them off the ground. Folding design makes them great for storage.
This is actually the third box of these cages that I have ordered! I just love this cages as they are easy to store, easy to use and very study. I just didn't have enough of them! At the end of the season, I just pull them up, collapse them and store them away.. Can't find anything like them locally and at such a good price. What can I say, I LOVE my tomatoes and these cages fit my needs perfectly!
These tomato cages can stand up to even the worst summer thunderstorms. And if you prefer not to buy the taller versions, you can stack these on top of each other.
Last year I used the spiral steaks and the plants kept falling down. I will never go back to the metal spirals. This summer I have brandywine tomatos plants and decided to cage them. I'm a cager for life!
