This solved the problem of where to winter the pot herbs that live on my deck during the growing season. They love the corner next to the stationary glass of the sliding glass door opening onto the deck. I can move the entire setup outside to the other side of the glass door in the spring. How easy is that! Thank you GS!

I needed this configuration and no corner plant stands were available locally. It's compact yet spacious enough for plants. Smaller shade-loving plants can be placed under the shelves at ground level to shelter from the sun. It's easy to assemble, but because pieces simply slide together they tend to disengage when the stand is moved. Once in place, it's fine. I'm using it for indoor plants placed outdoors in the summer. I'm waiting to see how it weathers.

This is likely my fault, but I was expecting a terrace 3 times the size of what I recieved. That said, it is attractive, solid, and looks great on my patio. It is just too small.

the top tier is not very useful. Standing alone it seems rather flimsy. It might have more support if added to the other sections but I needed just the corner piece.

I bought my original version of this quarter-round piece 10 years ago. It lasted quite nicely, considering it was on an exposed balcony all that time. So I bought it again when the original started looking old.

The current version is not up to the previous specs. The pegs that attach each tier together are smaller than the holes they go into, so nothing "snapped" into place. The thing would have collapsed in no time on a windy day. Had to spend hours over a weekend figuring out a workaround of making every peg fit in securely.

It's still a nice price and looks good for my purposes...but with too much effort. The pieces should fit together securely without consumer hassle.

I couldn't be more pleased with these shelves. I didn't need any tools to put them together. Within five minutes of receiving them via UPS, I had them assembled and on the porch and started filling them with plants. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for an easy, reasonably priced, sturdy and attractive way to display their plants outdoors.

I've wanted a plant stand like this for a while, and the price was right. It assembled VERY easily. Too easily -- there were instructions noting I might need a rubber mallet to tap shelf parts into place. Not at all necessary -- everything slid easily into each other, so much so that there is a lot of wobble instead of firmly staying in one place. I like it, but I'm afraid that if anyone bangs into it, the whole thing will collapse.

I use the plant terrace in a difficult-to-fill space near a window. It's perfect for that, but large pots (more than 8") can't be put onto the tiers. I have several 9" ones that I had to repot into smaller units to dispay on the terrace - disappointing!

The plant terrace replaced a wooden stand that had warped and sagged. Use stand to display plants on our front porch. First stands weathered well, so we added some more. It would be nice if they came in a taller stand.

I use the Quarter Round Plant stand both in our home and on our deck. In the winter I keep most of my plants inside in an east window with added plant lights. The plant stand is great for staging the plants, economizing the space (inside or outside), and allowing plants to have both natural light and inside plant light.

This stand snaps together, no tools needed. I use this [bought 2 of them] for inside my greenhouse with the trays purchased separately. This is excellent for my needs. I use the stand for orchids. I don't know how sturdy this would be for larger flower pots considering it is a lightweight stand. The shelves are narrow also. But for orchids or African Violets, well, it's a must!
