This packs a lot of concentrated light into a small space. I'm starting seedlings for the first time and they started growing faster than I expected. If I'd been limited to putting my seedling pots on window sills, I don't think it would have worked nearly as well.

I bought this to use over a large Fishtank to create a terrarium for my summer vegtable garden.[@]I had a 100 gallon fish tank that it fits perfectly over the top of. I love my new terrarium my plants are growing great in it and I could not be happier

The new plant lamp is much better than my old one. It sheds light more evenly over the seedlings, so I have less etiolation. The height is easy to adjust.

These lights work extremely well, and are a great buy. I have used mine for several seasons to start seeds for my garden. They are extrmely easy to adjust to proper height, and the 3 bulbs provide the extra light needed for strong seedlings. I also used a light this year to overwinter some herbs--the plants are strong and healthy.

I have nothing but good to say about this fixture. Good lighting, I like the on/off switch right on the hood. Much better than the original fixture I received as a gift a few year ago.

I really like these lights. They are much lighter than my other grow-lights and are much easier to raise & lower. I also like that they don't produce any audible sounds like most other lights. The fact that they use less electric is also very important to me.

I use this product for starting seeds in my family room. The lights are attractive and work very well. I also would like to add, the first one I ordered worked great; the second was defective. I called the company and they corrected it right away in an efficient and friendly way. The second light works great and my seedlings are very happy.

I purchased 3 of these lights for our small home attached greenhouse bed. Very nice that they came with bulbs. I placed them in a row and they cover our growing bed of 13'x3' nicely with LOTS of light. Being of light weight they pull up and down nicely with no trouble. I also purchased the power strip with timer and put them all on it. Works great! My tomatoes and lettuce are very happy!

I got this fixture to replace the old 2 light fluorescent shop light that I've used for years to start my garden seedlings. That shop light was never quite wide enough to cover the width of a flat well but this 3-light fixture is just right. I keep the light very close to the plants to avoid excess height and this new fixture covers 2 flats well. By the way, I got the plans for a PVC pipe grow light hanger frame from Cornell University online and it works perfectly!

I purchased 2 of these to replace the lighting fixtures on my seed starter which I had bought used [...]. Great purchase I love the plant/seed unit and these new lights. They are very easy to adjust and I am looking forward to the energy savings. They are very quiet.
