Our SunLite® fluorescent bulbs duplicate an amazing 94% of the solar spectrum. They provide the right colors and intensity of light so plants grow naturally and look great! Since switching to T-8 fixture and lights, I am able to grow everything faster. Have grown lettuce, parsley and dill for 2 all winter.
Seedlings are sturdier and I have had to adjust seed starting times as the maturity of the plants is faster. Great boost to my ability to start excellent seedlings!

Fine bulbs but you can go to [...] and get the exact same T8 6500K 32 watt 2900 lumen bulbs for less than a quarter of the price! Also the hardware stores offer them in 5000K and 4100K as well if you need.

Have been using cool lights for years to start my seeds early. Finally realized that broad spectrum lights work much better. My plants certainly are responding nicely.

We use these in our SunLite Garden and what a difference it has made on our seedlings! Before we got the lights our seedlings were spindly, craving for light. These bulbs and the whole system made all the difference. I bought replacement bulbs but still haven't had to use them. The last a long time. Best deal for your money.

I have found these bulbs to be extremely effective for lush plant growth. Many of my plants are better than anything I have seen at commercial retailers. They are very good for starting vegetable seedlings and indoor plants. I am more than happy with this purchase.

Before I purchased these lights, my tomato seedlings were barely growing, after only a few days they really took off. I would not try to grow seedlings under shop lights again. These worked well and have held up well.

I put the light on a timer and all of my light source problems are solved. No problems with legginess and the tomato starts are amazing after 2 1/2 weeks. The lights and packing box arrived totally undamaged.

For a longer lasting T8 grow lamp insist on Philips brand light bulbs. Philips F32T8/Tl865is rated to 36,000 hours life, 6500k, 82cri and reasonably priced!

set up to grow vegetable seeds, save geraniams thru winter, display orchids while lighting my machine quilting area. great light for 69 yr old eyes. makes the whole space delightful.

I bought these bulbs (and the fixture that they came with) because I hoped that three bulbs would produce better seedlings than the two-bulb shop light I had been using. They did, but burned out before the seedlings were ready for transplanting. Gardener's Supply will replace the fixture and I still have high hopes for next spring. Because of this, I cannot really say whether I would recommend them or not.
