    Living in a dry climate it is hard to start a new compost pile. I had been working on some kitchen and yard waste with no luck. A few weeks after adding this stuff, there was a dramatic improvment in my compost! Would definately order it again.

    I have a 4x4 bin of leaves,twigs,garden waste and some soil. I sprinkle on about a cup for every four to six inches of material.
    So far there is no odor and the pile is decreasing but it does not seem to be getting hot.I am turning every week or two.
    Its easy to use
    It is expensive and I may need more than the one box for this pile.

    I use this in a pile of leaves and grass clippings. I followed the directions for layering. I stuck a thermometer in it, and within a day or two the temp. shot up to 130 degrees! It's only been about two weeks.

    I am not happy with this product. I used it according to directions. It required quite a lot of the product to treat my pyramid composter and the temperature hasn't been above 85 degrees! I turn and water my pile according to directions and have a good mix of green and brown material.
