I first ordered the tension relief wrap for my muscle tightness in my neck and shoulder area which tends to lead to headaches. I found that the wrap helped get rid of the tightness before my headaches would develop. I liked it so much that I got two for my daughter-in-law. One is for home use, and one for her suitcase to have with her as she travels on business. She loves them too since they help prevent migraine headaches from stress and muscle tightness.

Lovely to cuddle up with the soothing warmth. Wraps around you SO well if you have neck or shoulder pain. Instructions say remove the cover before you microwave, but I forgot once and it worked well so I've been leaving it on with no problems.

I couldn't find anything my husband liked for his sore neck that he was in physical therapy for. When this came in the mail he was skeptical.

But after his first time with moist heat, he was a firm believer! Hold the heat for quite a long time and stays in place comfortably.

My only con is that it would be so much easier to heat if you didn't have to take it out of the casing.

I have used it on neck, shoulder and upper back. I found it effective but just too heavy - weighs on me. Maybe a different stuffing?

I also purchased one for my sister and she uses it on her knees a lot a really likes it.

the warmer can not go in the micro unless you take it out of the covering and zip it back in to find it's not a warm as you would like so you have to start all over again

Use for arthritic neck. Nice for wearing around the house, but a little thick in back to sit in a high backed chair. Not practical to sleep with. Easy to use and helps with pain.

This is my 4th wrap I have purchased from Gardener's. This alone speaks for itself. It is the best wrap I have found anywhere, and I have looked everywhere.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin. She has chronic should pain. After Christmas she contacted me to say she had one that a rat had recently chew into to get to the grain inside and so was very happy to get another.

The only thing I would like to see is a place to a a drop or two of essential oil to create an aroma therapy component to the product. I am thinking about getting another one for myself.

the tension wrap,is just that and sooo relaxing,it really does help the upper back,shoulders and neck. I use it most every day.The only problem is that the zipper is metal,therefore you have to remover the cover each time,better a velcro or just a flap so you would be able to put it in the microwave with out removing the cover.

Having to remove an inner bag from the outer sleeve, to heat the inner bag is bad, but having to try to get the inner bag back inside the outer sleeve is very trying. It's almost not worth the trouble. My wife can't do it herself, so she can only use this when I am around.

Also, the heat does not last long. Only a few minutes and it's gone.

I would not recommend this product.
