    This product is a MUST HAVE for gardeners or anyone who overuses their neck and shoulder muscles. It can also be used to warm up those muscles BEFORE raking or other activities. You can warm it a little or alot. The relief is real. Just be careful not to overheat , as the filling may get an unpleasant cooked aroma.

    I love this neck wrap. Getting the cover back onto the heated "inerds" can be a tad tweeky, but the reward is worth the little bit of effort required. I use it after a day of gardening, house renovations, or just a long day at the computer... Very worth the purchase!

    I haven't use this like I thought I would - I use the mat much more. There was a hole in it when I got it, and I haven't taken the time to patch it. Smells like wet rice when heated, just like the mat. Works fine, but I would buy the mat if I had to pick one.

    It is so soft, I love it. Too many are made from stiff material. My only complaint is I can't get it hot enough when heating - and it doesn't hold it's temp (cool or heat) long enough - but the softness almost makes up for the temp. I've given a couple for gifts also.

    I love that this has no smell to it. You can take the cover off and wash it, which is a great feature that most don't have. The only down side - i prefer it very warm and it takes a while to get it to my desired temp. wish it warmed up a little quicker. it's a great way to relax at the end of a stressful day.

    I bought this to comfort my sore neck but the zipper broke almost immediately and you have to take the inside out to heat it and then put it back in. Just a pain and not worth the effort.
