I would say that this product is one of the best that I have for my arthritis which has been very bad this year with the weather. I use Eurcerin's Aquaphor and cotton gloves for dry hands. I put the mitts over the cream and gloves and the combination of moist heat and cream is very therapeutic for the condition to my skin. I get cold hands and feet in the winter and these gloves work well for that problem as well as soothing for achy hands.

Instructions included did not say anything about removing the pouch before heating in the microwave. Consequently, even though I heated the gloves half the time recommended the entire glove was heated and was much too hot. Once it cooled off some it did have a soothing affect on my joints.
