I bought the mittens, neck wrap and booties. I have not opened the booties yet, because the other items had so strong an odor that I developed a headache while using them. I love the warmth and feel they're a great arthritic pain relief, but I now get nauseous using them. I plan to wash the inserts and see if that helps. If not, I will open,empty, refill with rice and stitch back up.

The neck wrap is superb. The lavender fragrance is so soothing as well as the warm moist heat that eases and calms neck pain. Stays warm quite a while too. The boots are harder to use though nice. Can't really walk around in them as that would be more practical but they really are meant to be used just while sitting down. The neck wrap makes an especially nice and useful gift.

I gave these as a gift to my aunt who has recently finished chemo treatments. I figured they would be a nice way to relax, but she re-gifted them to me because of their impracticality. I was happy to take them off her hands (or more literally, her feet),but I soon found she was right. Inserts must be removed and placed in the microwave. When inserts are removed from the microwave, they are hot, which makes it difficult to place them back in the narrow enclosures and by the time you get them in place, they've cooled considerably. Once you get the inserts in place, to feel heat, you have to put weight on your feet so you can't sit in a chair with your feet up. I had to sit in a chair with my feet on the floor. They simply do not work like I thought they would. They smell nice, and they're soft, but they do not deliver heat as expected.

I gave it as a gift to my Mom who gets cold easily. She just pops the inserts into the microwave and snuggles in. It warms her up nicely and takes away the chill. After a few minutes she feels warmed up for the evening.
It's also very soothing and relaxing.

This was a product I purchased for my mother for Christmas. She saw it and requested it but is not computer savvy so she did not read reviews which were questionable. This was a gift for my mother(70's). She loved it but gave me back the lavender insert for the neck wrap and replaced it with her own sock of rice. The lavender smell was too strong for her. The boots worked perfectly. The scent is gentler and farther away from her nose. She uses them every evening. Wrap may be fine for others.

The neck wrap is great, it stays warm for a longer period of time than the booties and it has a fantastic lavendar aroma which she hopes lasts forever. The booties cannot be walked in which is stated in the catalog, so no surprize, but it is one downfall of the product. The booties warmth time is minimal due to less seeds to heat. This was a gift to my wife who really enjoys the neck wrap, the aroma, and the color. The booties are OK, but not extraordinary.

Neck wrap is wonderful. Comforting and fragrant. Booties are shabbily made, and feel like boots are filled with hard sand. You literally cannot walk with these on..... After the second use with boots, seams where the velcro is attached came undone.So sad that these are cheaply made. I was so looking forward to relaxing with this set. Save your money and buy a heated lap blanket for your feet...these do not measure up.I did not send back [...]
