This simple wireless weather station tells you just what you need to know: indoor temperature/relative humidity; time; and outdoor temperature up to 300 feet away via remote sensor. It displays min/max readings, too. The sensor's special 10' probe even lets you monitor temperature of soil, compost heap, or pond. Accepts up to three remote sensors (two included).

    After setting it up, you MUST SEPARATE THE UNITS VERY SLOWLY or the locater signal will stop and you have to re set both units. the humidity addition is excellent. It lets me know what is going on outside in am when I pick clothing for dress.
    It does not need the time. Larger print would make it more at a glance.

    I gave this to my husband for Christmas, along with the remote sensor, envirocharger and extra batteries. We love that the batteries are environmentally safe and rechargeable. The weather station is a perfect size to hang in a kitchen nook. The remote sensor is located in a shaded spot near the garage door. It's great to be able to check outdoor temps as often as we like. It's reasonably priced and we definitely recommend it!!!

    It works fine when the weather is above freezing, once the temp drops below freezing the outdoor temp does not display. this is the main reason that I wanted it so I'm disappointed in the quality of this item.

    Thermometer began to work but within one day it ceased transmitting from probe to base. We put in new batteries to no avail. The probe shows the temperature on its screen but does not transmit that data to the base.
