    Once I got this station, I couldn't get the time signal from sent from Boulder, CO, as the manual stated. I called the maker's contact # and only got repeat msgs instead of the 'easy' help that was offered. Since I bought this device, I've seen other similar items that were much less expensive and that had "satellite' signals for time & weather, rather than a radio signal from CO. I live in an apt in NH and didn't know signals on this device would be coming from CO !!!!

    I bought this as a Father's Day gift and my Dad loves it! Both my parents look at it every day. The number of features are just right - not too many. Useful from planning weather-sensitive events, what to wear that day, or just looking for the current time. Be careful not to mount the outside unit in direct weather (i.e. rain, snow, etc.) as it can damage it.
