    It is very nicely made and very comfortable to sit on. The only problem we have is that the bench seat overhangs the legs by a few inches. We use it as a shower bench, and when you put your foot on the edge of the bench it tips. I predict that we'll eventually get into the habit of stepping on it more towards its center. It's also a little pricey.

    The bench is sturdy and the form is good but the wood they used to make it is not a uniform color. Some of the bench is a nice golden brown teak color that you woould expect. However some of the bench looks as if they used some scrap wood to finish the construction. I would buy the bench again but not on line where I could not inspect it before purchase.

    I was looking for an alternative to shelving in my new granite & glass shower. The teak stool is perfect for the job. It has a nice shelf for shampoos and such, it provides good support for leg shaving, the teak is great in a wet environment and the stool is beautiful.

    We have a rather large shower and use the bench at one end for a place for my husband (he's not in good health) to sit and dry off after showering. I use the shelf on the bottom to place a couple of washcloths in case one of us forgets to grab one before getting in the shower. It's really attractive and sturdy.
