Great for my Mom who lives alone and it takes her a little longer to fill up the compost container. These filters last, can be rinsed and used a couple of times and contain the odor!

It's a no-brainer needed compliment to the very handy kitchen compost pail I bought here a year ago. I may not be the brightest gardener on the block, but I know that NOT composting is a sin! My next lesson is to have my outdoor tumbling composter at a better percentage of green & brown. I'm learning.

I use these in my kitchen counter compost pail. They do keep the odor contained in the pail. They are way over priced for 3 filters especially when you can only buy 3 at a time [...]. They don't last that long if you use your compost pail regularly. I'd suggest they sell a larger amount at a lower price. The only reason I continue to purchase is because they are difficult to find.

Well, this lowly little set of extra charcoal filters keeps all the various bits in my single woman's compost pail free of the "ewwww" factor before I trot it outside to the compost bin. No frills here. They do the job. And that is a very good thing!

I have had a kitched pail for many years. It seems in the last 1 or so I've noticed the filters are getting thinner and thinner. They are so thin now that I use 2 so that it will last 3 months. If I use one it tends to fall out if the top pops off or when I take off the top to empty.

I love that I can really fill my canister to the top and not have to empty it for awhile and still not have any bad smells coming from the container because of these filters. However, if I do open the lid to add material, it sure does reek! I'm just lazy. Great stuff.

The filters snap in place quickly and without dust or mess. Leaving my kitchen odor-free and without fruitflies. Whenever I run out of filters and still try to use my indoor composting pail I'll end up with fruit flies and smells that are better left unsaid. Buy extra filters and keep them on hand or put a note on the last one in the package. When you use it order more. Each filter lasts me around 3 months. A must have product for kitchen composting pails!

Have been using these filters with the Odor-Free Compost Pail for a couple of years now. Pail sits on my counter. Sometimes it gets really full before I can get it out to the compost pile and there isn't the slightest odor until you open the lid. Close the lid and the odors gone from the kitchen.

I gave my dad a kitchen composter about 10 years ago, and he uses it daily to collect vegetable peelings and other kitchen scraps until he can empty it into his outdoor bin. I make these filters stretch a little more than 3 months. Overall, they are good quality at a fair price. They do a decent job of keeping the odor inside the food scrap collector. They don't keep all the odor from sneaking out, but I don't know what more one could expect from rotting food in a small container in their home!
