ISt hasn't rained yet since we installed the chain. I did put water on the roof and it worked just great. I absolutely LOVE the way it looks, through the front door window from the inside and when you drive up to the house. Classy.

I am using this with the rainwater urn as I don't have a downspout in the area of the urn.
I had to add a weight to the bottom of the chain to keep it straight- otherwise the last Lotus tipped and din't direct the rain properly.

I purchased the 65 gal beautiful rain barrel and this rain chain for an enclosed porch/patio. This chain works so well, we actually sit on the porch to watch the water come down when it rains. Very pleased with this product.

The rain chain works great with the rain barrel. The only problem is that the last cup tips because it has no weight on it so I need to find something to add to it to hold it in place.

I replaced my downspout with the rain chain. The downspout was always getting clogged with debris. The rain chain not only looks beautiful, but works wonderfully.

I recently began harvesting rainwater. I have been pricing rain chains but the copper chains were often out of my price range. The lotus rain rain chain looks great (it looks like copper without the price of copper!!). As I add more rain barrels I will be investing in another lotus rain chain.

We don't have a gutter, so it redirects the rain water into the garden gently without creating a large puddle

I bought this to put under a gutter on my patio to eliminate the leader. I use it in conjunction with the 45 gallon rain barrel. It is definitely unique and a conversation piece. Just be sure to plan it out first by measuring the exact length required from your gutter to wherever you want it to feed into. Easy to set up and works fine.
