Indispensable Boot Trays make it easy to leave mud and mess at the door. Made of tough recycled plastic, they're big enough to hold boots or shoes for the whole family, and they wipe clean in a jiffy. They're also terrific for seedstarting, as humidity trays under houseplants, or anywhere a watertight tray would be handy.

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
The size is perfect - this replaces 2 other boot trays of varying sizes that overlapped and resulted in an untidy appearance. Strong and durable - thank you!

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
These are great trays. I was so impressed by them that I designed and had built several double deck carts specifically to fit two of these for my indoor plants.

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
This shoe tray is great, but I wish they had been more generous with the depth. It is plenty wide but you can only put three shoes side by side, two pair doesn't work, or when you turn them, there is a few inches, but again not enough room for even one more shoe. I had bought this tray a few years ago and you could fit about twice as many shoes comfortably.
This would work well for kids shoes, or a mix of kids and adults, but a lot of wasted space for adult only.

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
I bought the grids after I purchased this to use it as a humidity tray for my orchids along with two more of the smaller sizes. I just love them!

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
This was just the answer we needed. We always have way too many boots, shoes and flip flops by the back door - you couldn't walk through the area without tripping over them.
This was just the perfect size to contain them and it fit in the area perfectly.
I also bought the rubber grids to go with them. They work great together.

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
After long considerations for a saucer to place a row of potted plants on I spotted this tray and ordered 4! It can be lined with pebbles to keep plants out of sitting water. Set it on a wheeled base and it's even more amazing. And if you have any projects it's a great work area to set on a table and keep things contained while protecting the surface it's on.

i also use one for a drain basin for my potted herbs. i fill the base with gravel and let the water drain into the basin. this helps to increase the humidity in the home during the dry winter months.

I needed large trays to put my grow bags in and these are just the ticket.

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
I bought this boot tray primarily because I have a dehumidifier that occasionally does not shut off when it is full, and hence overflows. This is the only boot tray that is deep enough to contain spills so that my downstairs carpeting does not get wet. In fact, this boot tray is the only deep one that I have been able to find, and I calculated that it can hold 6.2 gallons based on dimensions cited in the description. I will use it in winter months for the more conventional purpose for which it was designed; that is, for holding muddy boots or shoes.

Comments about Large Boot Tray:
I have several of the boot tray with the rubber grid. When used with the grid the shoes are elevated enough that they do not sit in melted snow. I use mine year around; in the winter to allow snow to melt of off boots and shoes and in the summer to keep muddy boots and shoes of the entry rugs. I do not think the trays without the rubber grids would be very useful. I do have one by the front entry, it is not very attractive but that is only entry easily accessable to my college age sons. They both work outdoors all year around doing commerical lawn care, snow removal, snow making, and paintball so their boots and shoes are very dirty and muddy. the trays with the grids keep the entry clean.
