Williston garden center (Part-time, 30-35 hours a week)

This is a benefit-eligible position. Morning shifts start promptly at 7 a.m. daily, weekends included. Goal is to ensure a professional-looking facility for customers while maintaining a clean and safe workplace. The ideal candidate is fast, skillful and caring. He or she has physical strength and endurance, customer service skills, excellent initiative, and high school reading and math skills. Must be dependable and detail-oriented.

Applications Developer

Our IT department seeks an applications developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009/2012 preferred). Knowledge of the X++ language and Dynamics data model is preferred. MS SQL Server development and administration skills are a plus, as are general .NET development skills.

Assistant Buyer

We seek an assistant buyer who will use strong computer, analytical and organizational skills to support our merchandising team. The ideal candidate has intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word, and can quickly learn new systems. Should also have good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Catalog, direct-marketing and/or merchandising experience is helpful.

Receiving Specialist

Williston garden center (Full-time, year-round, with benefits)

Ensure the efficient and accurate flow of inbound product from arrival of delivery trucks to displays on the sales floor. Key responsibilities: effective organization and efficiency of the stockroom, task prioritization, as well as leading seasonal inventory associates in the receiving process. The ideal candidate has two years of inventory-related experience; two years of customer service experience; POS and inventory management system experience; gardening/ horticultural knowledge; and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
