Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
I used this to fit into a small antique wrought iron wheel barrow as I couldn't find a pot. I planted my plant and it did well for a few weeks although it took a lot of water. I then found an oblong pot that would work in it and repotted the plant. It was a great temporary fix and I am sure it would work quite well as stated, for growing herbs. I am an ok gardener. autumn[@]

Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
I was disappointed in all the holes in it. I have not used it. It should have the tray so it would have some place to drain.

Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
I found these grows bags to be excellent small space growing tools. I purchased three that I am currently using for lettuce and herbs. Some reviews had discussed these bags didn't hold their shape and seemed flimsy. However, that they don't hold their shape makes them easier to deal with and even allows them to accommodate more. For those who do not have garden spaces, these are perfect. They can be moved easily as the sun moves or if you simply want a different "look" to where ever you may be using them. I did not purchase the watering trays and don't feel they are necessary, but they may lessen the amount one needs to water. I had seen these in Britain and thought they were a wonderful idea. Now that I own them, I will always find a use for them.

Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
I had a free standing planter (from Gardener's Supply!) to fill. It is outfitted to fill with soil directly but I knew that various herbs would grow at different rates and really need different soils. I got four planters bags which perfectly fit the space and disappear inside the planter box. I used a different soil mix for each type. Also now when some of them get leggy or overgrow their bounds, I only have to deal with 1/4 of the box and I don't have their roots interfering with other plants.

Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
Can't think of anything that isn't good about it! I planted my cilantro, basil and parsley seedlings in it as soon as it arrived and they have done so well. I have set it outside my kitchen door so that I just have to open the door and have fresh herbs whenever I need them. If ever it is in the way, I just have to pick it up by the handles and move it. Can't say enough good things about the convenience!

Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
I think it might be helpful to have some sort of container to place the bag in - it kind of bulges out and doesn't feel like it's going to really old everything in - but it does.

Comments about Herb Planting Bag:
This one is different from the other growing bags. It's more plastic-feeling and can't hold its shape. Because it has handles, you can't turn down the first few inches to make it sturdier. I can't use it as I had planned.

This is great! I can keep my herbs right at hand at the kitchen door-and still move them as needed for watering or to give them more sun as needed.
