I bought two of these too late in the season for last year's crop of snow peas, but since they are so similar in construction to the tomato and pepper cages I've been using for several years, I expect they will work well for peas, too.

A couple of bad wind storms in my area did not blow over the trellis, and the peas growing on it were safe.

I bought this late in the season but will use it for beans, peas, maybe cakes or tomatoes. Sturdy - will hold up well.

      Worth it

Comments about : Two Panel Folding Trellis:

I use two of these together as cages for indeterminate tomatoes. DIY wire cages collapse under their weight and are clumsy to deal with and store. Most items sold as tomato cages are not tall enough for that purpose. These are. And the holes are big enough to make for easy tending/harvesting. I just bought more as I plan to can tomatoes next season. Getting the end of season sale price was a real bonus!

I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet since I purchased in fall to use next spring, but these panels are just the right size to use in my 3'x3' forever beds. They seem to be quite sturdy and I'm looking forward to my English peas not being crushed by their own vine weight.

I love how it can be used so many different ways. I can make a tomato cage using 2 of them, or line them up for snap peas. Turned horizontally, with the "ground ends" together, they make great cucumber or zucchini climbers.

These trellis will be used next spring to support crocosmias close to a path. I will also plant sweet peas or edible peas to give early interest. Even though I haven't used them yet I know they are going to be wonderful and just the right thing.

Comments about : Two Panel Folding Trellis:

We received the folding trellis just as we finished harvesting the last of our cucumbers, even though they are still trying to produce... The vines went crazy with the early rain this year and we had a trellis in the bed, but it was clearly not large enough.
This trellis should be large enough to handle the vines next year to give all the cucumbers support, along with the peppers.
