Cons

  • Water stains

Best Uses

I live in the woods and the only place I receive full sun is on my driveway. I started using these containers a few years ago and have success with potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, herbs, and annuals. This year I am adding container size cukes, melons, eggplant and more herbs.I never have watering problems, like watering too much or too little. The fabric is unique that way. It is easy to feel if it needs water. The neighbors like to see them when they walk by and they are free to pick cherry tomatoes to eat while walking. They are pesticide free. I have abundance of bees and butterflies. I live on a small piece of property so it is great to fold these up at the end of the season and put them in the shed. So far only the black containers that I use have water stains on the outside. I am hoping the pretty colors I have remain nice. The oldest potatoe bags are 4 years old and still fine for this year. can't wait for spring.
