Super-Sturdy Tomato Cages Support Heavy Yields

  • Extra-strong tomato cages keep tomato plants upright for a bigger, cleaner harvest
  • Big, 8" square openings make harvesting easy
  • Hinged panels fold flat for compact storage

Longtime customer favorites, our heavy-duty, powder-coated steel tomato cages are taller, wider and stronger than old-fashioned cone-shaped supports. And unlike flimsier versions, these are strong enough to support full-grown vines loaded with tomatoes. The tomato cages support plants on all sides (no tying needed) and keep plants up off the ground for better air circulation, cleaner fruit and fewer diseases. Large openings make harvesting easy, and the cages fold flat for off-season storage. In windy locations, we recommend anchoring with our Extra-Tall Earth Staples, sold separately.

  • Powder-coated steel
  • 14-3/8" square x 39" H including 7" legs; 32" H installed
  • 8" square openings
  • 10 gauge wire
  • Cages fold for easy off-season storage
  • Gardener's Supply Exclusive

Like how sturdy cages are and shape and east storage. The red color adds to garden. They are pricy and shipping cost high. Also purchased pepper cages which I like. Would like 2 more sets of pepper cages but can't seeing paying high cost.

welds aren't strong enough on some of the cages and they break even with little to no resistance when putting them in the ground after first loosening the soil. Be sure to really loosen the soil and carefully pushing them in the ground.

These cages supported all the different types of tomatoes that I planted without bending and withstood a couple of severe summer storms. They also fold flat and therefore take up little space in the garden shed. The first set I bought is still in good shape and will now be used for a third growing season.

We first bought these tomato cages about 20 years ago. They have been used regularly since then. We just bought some new ones not to replace the old ones, but to add to them. Loved that we could get them in green, now.

Perfect for Tomato & Pepper Plants! A+

I bought a set of these cages last year and loved them. I bought another set this year, and next year I'll buy another set until I have enough for my entire garden. Easy to use, easy to store away. Never have to stake and tie up another plant.
During the winter, when I don't have a garden, I use them around some of my smaller plants that need to be covered during a freeze. I can cover the cage with a blanket, garbage bag, etc.

These cages are definitely stronger than the cheap ones that are available. They will definitely last longer, so they are a good value. The cheap ones may only last a year and get so out of shape and let the plants fall over. My garden is small and I have to put my plants closer together, so each plant is more upright and defined.
