The trellis can be separated, so it does not need to have each connection attached, but used separately for individual plants....great!

We decided to start some raspberries last year. So far, this is working very well. It seems sturdy and was certainly easy to install. We also like that there is expandability, since we have no idea what to expect with the two varieties we planted.

                            Best Uses

Bought this to use as a pole bean trellis. It was a little tricky to put together, but once I figured out the trick, was a piece of cake. You have to put the top/bottom sections together with it lying flat on the garage floor - hook one section at a time and then fold over to work on the next section. I used string to tie the sections together so it wouldn't be tempted to come apart as I carried it to the garden to place it. I like that you can either make a straight wall trellis or fold it back and fort to fit in a smaller space. Beans haven't climbed it yet, but looks and feels very sturdy.

                                  Best Uses

                                  • Climbing veggies

I use it for supporting peas, beans and cucumbers. It is attractive enough to leave up all year, even when no plants are growing on it. The distance between the wires is just right to weave the plant through without breaking or injuring the plant. It is easy to add on a second trellis.

I rated it 4 stars (instead of 5) because there is no vertical ground support pole at one end of the trellis. As a result, the trellis can be a bit unsteady/tippy. It would be great if there was a removable pole provided that could be passed through the loops at the end of the trellis and into the ground to provide the additional support. The pole could easily be removed when adding on another trellis.
