Additional Information

Exclusive | Affordable Rose Arch Lets Your Plants Take Center Stage

  • Graceful arch showcases climbing vines
  • Wide width creates a welcoming entryway
  • Exclusive Jardin finish is hand-painted to resemble weathered, rusted metal
  • Made from durable and long-lasting powder-coated steel

Some arches are overly ornate showpieces, not well-suited to supporting vines or climbing roses. This one retains the classic lines and heirloom elegance of Tudor arches, but with a simpler, understated design that provides practical support for climbing plants. Open 4" lattice gives roses, clematis and morning glories plenty of places to vine and twine. Line up multiple arches to create a flower-covered tunnel or allee.

We loved this arch so much we purchased a 2nd one for the other side of the gate. My veggies love it too. Cucumbers have already made it half way up both sides this year and it is only May!

Great Replacement for Old Wooden Arbor

    • Frames a back door with Clematis

Comments about : Jardin Rose Arch:

Our back door was framed with a wooden arbor. Not easy to anchor as we needed to be able to open the storm door, so it meant blocks and tying it to ground stakes. The Clematis growing on each side needed to be fastened to it for several feet. The Jardin Rose Arch went together easily, and was easy to anchor in the ground (except for the rock that had to be dug out under the one anchor spot). It seems to be very sturdy, and there is plenty of height to clear the door. The Clematis is enjoying clambering up. It seems light and airy compared to the old wooden trellis. It's in a protected area, so we'll be leaving it up all year round.

The arch makes a stunning presentation in my garden. Easy to install. Already planted my climbing roses for the season. Will send a picture later on in the season. Also, due to the way it is structured, you can see through it, it does not take away from the beauty of the entire garden...iIt only enhances it, bringing height to the garden as well. I highly recommend purchasing this item.

So far so good. My landscaper voiced a concern that as the rose this arch supports grows and twists, it may pop the pin solders at each intersection of the grid. We'll see.

Comments about : Jardin Rose Arch:

This is my third year with this trellis, and I just bought another one. Many flowers climb this trellis beautifully and it truly is stunning…solely the reason for buying a second arch. However, my concern is the durability. When I put the trellis together and put it in this year, I noticed the bottom rungs were rusted almost completely through. In fact, they disintegrated into pieces in my hands! As I had just purchased a second one to stand with it, I was not happy to have such an expensive arch falling apart after just two seasons. I went from giddy excitement over my new garden projects to dismay knowing that the longevity just isn't there and I will have to find an alternative for my flowers quickly. So far, my use has been for annual climbers, thus enabling me to dismantle and store the arch for the harsh Michigan winters. My thought for this year was to leave them in place for my perennial climbers, such as my clematis and Passion flowers. Not going to work!

I'd been looking for several years to find an arbor to place over a raised walkway. Most were too short when you stepped up a few inches. Assembly is quite easy. We are in Zone 5, so we take it down, store for the winter and bring it back out for annual vines in the summer. Last year the morning glories were stunning. This year, we look forward to purple beans vines. Pretty and edible!

Comments about : Jardin Rose Arch:

My previous arch over a brick walkway came down in a wind storm. I replaced it with the Jardin arch which was easy to assemble. Not wild about the rusty-looking finish and would have preferred the usual green finish. I did feel the need to wrap small pieces of wire around the top of the arch top section to connect to the frame as it didn't seem to want to lie flush. By tightening with hidden wire, it did seem to give it stability and all pieces stayed together during installation. It's a bit lighter than I would like, but seems sturdy enough for the rose vine. Also, I recommend using 5' pieces of rebar hammered into the soil to slide the legs over which will give it much more stability. The stakes are too shallow.
